- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
Because I am going to take this task serious. On some servers, admins come a little late when !call is used or people say it on the forums/discord. I want to be an admin that instandly responds to a !call. I also want to keep this community clean, good and fun.

- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.
As an admin, I would keep it simple and join some servers and keep things cool. I will try to look on the forums and discord for help requests and hopefully be usefull. Helping newer players, being active when I can and be there for other players.

Breaking a rule:
1. Warn the person
2. Warn the person again
3. sm_slay
4. Kick

New players are getting it easy and will not recieve a kick from me.

Hacking:
1. Perma ban

Insulting:
1. Warn the person
2. Warn the person again
3. Gag for 60-120 minutes
4. Gag for 360 minutes
5. Perma gag (I will discuss this with other admins)

I am not an admin on DM_Duel but I play there a lot so thought I would give my input \.^_^./
First off, Blacky is a decent guy who follows the rules and is generally friendly, From a chat perspective, fairly clean with a bit of swearing here and there, but it is duel... literally spammers central makes sense :3 I am sure his app needs some refining but that is up for the actual admins to decide. He doesn't meet the required time for the other servers he mentioned. Personally i think he will be a good admin on duel. GOOD LUCK MY DUDE!

Sorry for the delay. Here's my response:

• Ditch the kicking, it usually doesn't do much anyway. I always warn once or twice with slay and message in the chat followed by a ban if they continue to break the rule. A personal exception of mine would be when dealing with porn sprays (usually kick them when they seemingly accidentally spray after a warning).
• Review your punishments and check out some other applications. We generally give people 5 chances and perma on the 6th. You can see what i'm doing here
• Don't differentiate too much between players: new players can be new assholes. Besides, we should apply the rules as objectively as possible.

As a Trial, I would keep it simple and join some servers and keep things cool. I keep in mind that I can always ask my mentor for questions and if it is okay to ban a player and give reasons+screenshots.

Breaking a rule ( Healing snipers in spawn, stickytrapping/spamming ): Slay the person + warning + Visual warning, if ignored: Ban for 2 hours > 5 hours > 1 day > 3 days > 1 week > perma

Inappropiate text /Insulting / Chat/mic spam: Warning + Visual warning, if ignored: Gag for 2 hours > 3 hours > 1 day > 3 days > 1 week > perma

Hacking: Perma



Note: I was too kind on the punishments but after realizing that it is duel, ofcource you need to be harsh. I don't know how to edit my own post but I hope this will work.

Application isnt missing anything, looks lot better with the overworked punishments list.
In my opinion the punishments are still too kind but thats just me.
Blacky is somewhat nice (?). Annoying sniper main xd.
Chatlog is looking good. Sessions are mixed. Sometimes on for 40mins and the next day for 2hours. Would be cool if you could at least play 1+hour on duel.
