Completed add jb_servilive_hw_v1b to jailbreak (1 Viewer)

hello, i recently fully remastered/translated a spanish map it to english and think it may work well on the server.

some improvements:
removed clutter
all stolen content and half life textures have been ported to tf2/original content
added some minigames
improved lighting/flow of gameplay
