Abuse of !hug and !kiss commands to induce lag ( Dodgeball SG ) (1 Viewer)

Lately there has been a trend of people using these commands (!hug and !kiss) to induce lag in order to kill people. I don't really know the point of those commands and was it really intended to behave that way? It would be nice if someone looked into it. Thanks.
