A Command to Help new players? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I thought about a command to add to FF2 that could help new players.
Typing that command will show the player different sections where they can read tips, as an example, how to play as X boss.
What would be included are recommended weapon combos.
Basically anything a new player can't know without having played on the server for a long time.

Feedback and ideas post below if you like to.
