I donated to the panda community about 2-3weeks ago and I still have not received any perks

I've noticed this as an admin myself, when (TX Dodgeball, unsure of other servers) is full of players 20/20, I can't join and neither can a donator. Even though it is advertised in donor perks that a reserved slot is part of the deal. "Reserved slot access"...
