i've been playing jb and since yesterday i cant see sourcemod messages in chat like who has rebelled or whos the warden,i re-installed tf completly and it did not fix it. Anyone who knows how to fix this?

Im usually playing on US JB server and my ping is always 150-170 and im ok with that( most of the time),ive started playing jb maps alone to practice the minigames,but on my server ping is 1-2, can i somehow make my ping higher on my private server to be around 150? i tried to download games in...
