Scout, Pyro and Sniper, What do these classes have in common?

So, Why is it that Pyro gets to have a throwable on RED but Scout and Sniper don't?
You could say the Jarate causes mini-crits and Mad Milk gives back health on a successful melee hit but.. You could still do some serious damage with the Gas Passer and good rebellers.

And I am well aware of the Food Items for heavy but you could still grab those in the armoury or any place with a health pack.

If I had to take a guess I would say it's because the gas passer was added way after our last jailbreak plugin update.

The Thermal Thruster has been disabled on all Panda servers. And is to this day, for reasons unknown to anyone except Kevin.
Edit: As @Stabbin told me the Thermal Thruster caused tick lags.
