Since PNN resigned i thought u are looking for a new potential trial gameserver admin.
Also i am 16 so i do not require a permission.

Most of the time i play around 15 to 20 pm on weekdays. On weekends i play when i have nothing planned in real life. So atleast a few hours, but most of the time i feel like playing
more on weekends. My timezone ist CEST (Central European Summer Time) UTC+2 hours

- Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for?
I usually play on vsh and i would like to apply for vsh.

- Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report?
If i am familiar with the rules of the server i would handle the call.

- Do you have a microphone?
Yes I do and i like to use it.

- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator?
Not really but i was an admin on a small server tho. If my application gets accepted, i will do my best to help the team and the server.

- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?
No i don't have any experience with SourceMod, but i am watching some videos about it right now.

- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
I have 21 days playtime on vsh so i know the rules. There can't be enough admins since we are all busy humans and don't have time to be 24/7 on the server to handle with rulebreakers. I really think i suit into the position, because a lot of times when i am on the server people are breaking rules, for example spamming on voice and i always try to handle it. But most of the time it's people that doesn't care or react to my warnings because im not an Admin. If i get accepted as trial admin only having the admin tag would help in such a situation, like preventing them from getting punished (if they stop for sure) and that's all we want right? Having a good time on the server! So i basicallly try to do my job properly and help the server with it.

- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.

Surely first of all i would tell players what there doing wrong. On their reaction i will decide what im doing next, if they stop its perfect for sure and nothing happens but if they don't u can see my punishments here. If the player isn't changing his behaviour i will warn him one more time, if i see no reaction to this these punishments will follow.

1st punishment = 40 min. gag/mute
2nd punishment = 120 min. gag/mute
3rd punishment = 360 min. gag/mute
4th punishment = 1080 min. gag/mute
5th punishment = 2160 min. 2 day gag/mute
6th punishment = permanent gag/mute

- Insulting
1st punishment = 240 min. gag/mute
2nd punishment = 720 min. gag/mute
3rd punishment = 1440 min. 1 day gag/mute
4th punishment = 4320 min. 3 day gag/mute
5th punishment = 10080 min. 7 day gag/mute
6th punishment = permanent gag/mute

- Rasicm/Hate speech
1st punishment = 180 min. gag/mute
2nd punishment = 540 min. gag/mute
3rd punishment = 2160 min. 2 day gag/mute
4th punishment = 4320 min. 3 day gag/mute
5th punishment = 10080 min. 7 day gag/mute
6th punishment = permanent gag/mute

- Vsh rules
Camping as Hale/Red = Warn him via voice and chat -> timebomb (cancel on 3 seconds) -> if he keeps on going kick -> if he continues over days ban
Teaming = Warn him via voice and chat -> slay them -> if he continues teaming i will ban him for 1 day
Afk People = Warn him via voice and chat -> kick them -> if he keeps on afking massively oder days i will ban him for 1 day

Good morning, everybody.
First of all, congratulations for your application: you took your time to write it properly with both style and grammar. That's very readable, gj.

zlx is a very good user, very friendly, active enough on the server, he helps admins as well, and has a good mic which is always a positive note.

I tried to look for a needle in a haystack for all the actual VSH applicants, intended as point in which the applicant can improve.
I can't really find the needle for zlx tho. The only request may be improving on the form of his chatlogs, and granting even more activity if he can.

As now, I give you my +0.5 (higher than the other recent applicants), waiting before I give you my full support.
I'll have to monitor you for some days more

This isn't really a good enough reason to apply if it's not listed on the available servers thread. If you could get permission from @iceviet, @fanthom or @Kevin to apply then I will give my full feedback. Thanks! ^^

In this case, I will start off by saying Zeliax (zlx) is pretty much a VSH veteran by now and we have been friends for some time - however of course I will still give an independent review of your app^^. zlx knows the ins and outs of the game mode & more often than not he will beat even me to warning players about rule breaking via chat. He is usually very friendly and is more than happy to help out new players who need some direction on how to play. His sessions are great, exactly what we would expect from an admin & it appears lots of time went into your application.

After scouring your chat logs & doing my best at recalling voice chat use, there seems to be just a little bit of insulting - something I'm sure you will fix up soon after this feedback. I will do my best to monitor this in the coming days but for now I will be Neutral.

Howdy lads, just gonna shoot my opinion in here without a vote of course. I am not that old in the VSH community yet.

As Roar mention, the applicant is more or like a veteran in the VSH community now. He knows the ins and out for sure, which makes me wonder why I hear you talk "wrong" language, according to server rules of course, and sometimes I get question if you can talk some other language to someone for some reason. No, this nothing you did much and I know that, but enough for getting warnings by me every now and then. The answer to other languages is and will forever be, no.

That's probably the only thing I have seen you do against the rules, which is not that bad of a thing!

I am not sure if you are admin material or not. For me this is a hard one. It's up to you guys.

PS: you should get your brother to calm down so you don't get gagged or whatever because of the IP etc

Hey there zlx.

I've been playing with zlx for a loooong time now, and from what I've observed, he's a mature (or, whenever he decides to be :')), active and a loyal VSH player who regularly enforces the rules. Extremely long playtime and a well-known player in the community.

His application looks good, and is easy to read. Grammar is decent, not that there's much noteworthy there. Punishment times looks good as well.

Zlx has some great sessions, and has been playing almost every day for the entire duration of the summer, which is impressive. (And also had great sessions before the summer).
His chatlog is also clean and there's not really much to point out.

His admin history looks decent enough. Only 2 gags which are very old, and I'd not really hold that against him - however other admins may think otherwise.

All in all, I need to spend a bit more time actually looking for whether he's admin material or not.
A nice neutral for now.

Hello there,

So zlx, I consider a veteran on vsh as all the admins do. However, I have heard him use language that "bends" to say the least the rules of our community. Alongside this, I have seen you get flustered when I go in stealth when trying to deal with rule breakers and it often comes across as more insulting than containing and fixing the problem. Until I see an improvement I am going to place a -1.

However, this can be changed if I see a decent improvement. (I am away on holiday rn but I will be back soon)

no. I can’t. I cannot see myself spending my time going through your chat logs or trying to remember what you have said over mic whilst I’m ok holiday.

Not to put a damper on your general application it’s well made.

But I don’t see you as admin matierak and I’ve discussed this with a fair few people before making my choice.

I have been observing zlx. and he has become a lot more active, as well as notifying me about rulebreakers.
