I administrated here back in 2016 for 8 months, (15 March - 31 October). I started with Slender Fortress, after promotion I expanded my horizon and took care of Duel, Trade, Orange and sometimes Deathrun.
I learned a lot when I took care of Panda servers and used all sourcemods commands efficiently. I still remember most of the stuff, so if I forget or I'll be unsure about something, I'll ask other admin for the info and/or opinion.
I resigned because I had personal problems and a burnout. I tried to reapply but new problems arised and decided to retrieve my application because I knew I couldn't be able to handle administrating well. I didn't enjoy playing anything anymore and quit Steam for almost 2 years. They're solved now and I'm slowly getting back to the community. I'm gonna take it easy now to not burn myself out again.

I think I'm a fair, honest and reliable person. I'm straightforward, blunt and strict about the rules but I try my best to stay friendly and pleasant. I hate being biased, I try my best to make my judgements fit just right.
I worked on boss packs and rules with @Nightascythe together. We made this place more vivid and friendlier. I'd wish to continue taking care of this server. I really love our Slender Fortress. It's a sentiment, really. I keep coming back here, no matter what.
I used to administrate here before. I don't want to sound overconfident, but I do believe that I did a decent job before, so I will keep up the good work and do whatever I can to make things better for everyone.
I like this job. Enforcing rules, informing and warning players about their wrongdoing, punishing them if necessary. Who knew I would enjoy it?
I'd like to stay on Slender for now, after promotion I'm planning to take care of something else too.
I'm back and I feel I'm ready to administrate again!
➤ Policies and punishments
My work will look the same as before: helping people, explaining the basics, giving tips, informing them about the existing rules of this community and enforcing the rules, punishing rulebreakers.
Depending on the situation, I'll give from 1 to 3 warnings. I send quite often general reminders about our rules, just to keep players in touch with the rules of the community.
I'll take immediate action without warnings when someone's spamming hard, being really toxic while I'm not on the server, hacking, impersonating admin or abusing !calladmin system. Spamming is really disruptive, especially on microphone. There are plenty of friendly reminders on Panda servers that tell you should be nice and kind to other players and that abusing !calladmin system might result in ban.
If someone breaks the same rule over and over on purpose, they won't receive anymore warnings before their next punishment. Regular players of the servers will receive less warnings and no mercy for rulebreaking. If they play daily on our servers, they should know the rules very well.
Sixth punishment would be permanent one. If you think my commblock/ban pattern is too harsh, just tell me so. I'm willing to change my policies. I just want to make people learn from their mistakes, to prevent any further rulebreaking and maintain peace on the server.

Offensive and disruptive behavior (insulting, severe spamming, ghosting etc) should have more length than the rest in my opinion, so here is my pattern for it:
12h → 1d → 5d → 2w → 1mo → perm
The rest is foreign language, caps overuse, bad microphone, little spam, begging, advertising:
4h → 12h → 3d → 1w → 2w → perm
If someone spreads hacks for laughs and giggles, I'll give them commblock for 1 week, giving a warning beforehand. Permanent will go for the next joke attempt or if someone spams it. I'll make sure to see if the person is using hacks before I use ban hammer.
