Team Kill/Freekills/Warden Self Slay

Andrew did a team kill, did not slay next round. Then during his 2nd cell wars in a row, THIS round he did not say "you must kill everyone in your cell" but he probably though he did bc he did the round before. Though in the 2nd recording shown, he clearly did not. 3rd clip he slayed himself as warden at the end of the round, probably thinking that he was "slaying due to freekills" and that now would be a good time to "make up for it".
