  • The rule or rules they broke. Griefing FF. Turned it off for no reason during the rapid rockets day lr and refused to turn it back on. Also not shown in the demo is he spent six minutes the prior round delaying with his buddy for no reason but no evidence feelsbad.
  • The evidence that they broke the rule or rules above. Demo attached

I don't know if this counts as LR denial or griefing but in the rules it doesn't say anything about disabling ff during R.R. day.

Taken directly from the (slightly outdated) jailbreak rules

Rapid Fire Rockets Day is also a Last Request option. In this day both BLU and Redspawn with value rocket launchers. Friendly fire is turned on (and sometimes the cell doors open) and you kill each other until one team wins or you are the last one. This day does not abide by regular jailbreak rules.

maybe this helps.

Just watched the demo, I know exactly what happened. I know that on Rapid Rocket day FF turns on after a few seconds, and i pressed 3 on the warden menu to just turn it on faster. I did NOT realize that FF was on already, so It disabled it, and I must have read it as "enabled" thinking that I did. Im guessing FF turns on the moment someone becomes warden (9:55).
My apologies on that. Though It wasn't intentional whatsoever, So I hope you don't consider that griefing or trolling. Was an honest mistake. Sorry.
(also once I died FF couldn't be turned back on. that is interesting though that @Semicolon backslash said about FF with rapid rockets day. I mean the reds can blues can still kill each other till 1 team is left, though obviously I wouldn't turn FF off on purposely like, to be menacing.)

I will watch the demo and form my own opinion. This could be just a mistake and not even worth reporting in the first place.

[Update] I don't see anything worth punishing, mistakes happen and I've done it myself. He was getting attacked by another blue and was worried about dying, so he didn't know FF was off. Tho someone did tell him to turn it on but he died shortly after. Tho the people in the report saying they were going to report for "Griefing LR" clearly do not know the rules here. It would be LR Denial, but he still preformed the LR since it was played and ended. This can be denied. Nothing in the demo showed any bannable offenses.
