I live in Singapore, and I will be online everyday from 3 p.m - 11 p.m
I would like to be an admin for Dodgeball in Singapore
Yes, I have a microphone. I would use it if necessary or if I'm playing jailbreak
Sorry, I have never been as a moderator or an admin. I want to be an admin to make sure everyone have fun in panda.
No, I have no experience with administrating with SourceMod, but I would try to find out more about it, and even learn from SourceMod if needed.
My main reason here is to make sure everyone in Panda-Community have fun, nobody breaks to rule to make everyone enjoy the game. I would also try to help everyone when they need any help. I'm mostly active, so whenever there is forums or questions, I would try to reply back to them as soon as possible. I'm also a big fan of Panda-Community as you all make good maps and I have seen the admins responding to questions to help new members. I am also trying to donate to Panda-Community.
If someone were to ever break the rule , I would give them a first warning. If they do not listen, I would probably mute them for a short period of time. If they still doesn't listen, I would give them a 1-day ban from the server, or even more (depending on situation / if I receive a lot of complaints from the rest) . Finally, if he still does not listen, I would have to discuss with other admins whether to permanent-ban them.
In case they do not know the rule, I would tell them the rules and what they had done wrong. If they really did not know, I would give them another chance.
Like you said we do not get our mute, ban or gag for our first 1.5 months, when I see someone breaking any rules, I would immediately call for other admins for help. Whether to ban, mute or gag them, I would definitely discuss with the admin helping me.
Also, I would try to learn from the more experienced admins. E.g. If I could not decide on how to punish the person, I would send my question to the admin chat in discord , whichever admin that is free and answered my questions, I would discuss on how to deal with them.
It does not matter even if it is my good friend who broke the rules, I would still do the same thing I would be doing to the rest. I would not hesitate to even permanent-ban them.
If I were to misunderstood a person, I would try to get to that person as soon as possible, ask him what had happened and also look for people who had seen what happened, before making a choice to un-ban them.
Please note the followings:
1) I do have discord
2) I am active for almost every momment when I'm online
3) I might not have very good English, but I would try my best to speak it
4) I'm not really good at writing formal letters
5) Although it says this account is made on 10 April, I have always been playing games and servers made by you guys.
I really hope that I would be accepted as an admin. I think I have the passion to take the initiative people do not take. I also have confidence in myself in doing a good job.
I would be very delighted if I were to be accepted as an admin or even a moderator. I feel that I must take part and must be a part of Panda-Community. I feel that this is my home because whenever I'm bored, I would play Panda-Community servers.
