Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: as i've said before i was new to trading on the server and didn't know what i was doing, as i was desperate for some trades as i wanted hats/weapons and whatever.
As for the insult i wasn't thinking clearly and just mad at the fact that this one guy taunted me, and i forgot his name and is probably long gone by now, so it's water under the bridge,
so i ask this, may i please be ungaged

Do you expect another chance even after breaking nearly the same rules and getting 6 chances? you already went past the second last chance but you continued. Judging by your non-existent activity and your unwillingness to learn, just seems like you wanna be ungagged to continue breaking rules one last time.
I'm highly against an ungag due to pretty obvious reasons.

ok to be fair most of it was caps and yeah i may have used them like a idiot from time to time but sometimes i did it for fun

Because for some reason i lost the server on my favorites for some reason, but even if i did find it whats the point of even going to it if i can't speak?
i mean yeah actually fighting the bosses are fun, but for example if a person does something i don't like and i try to tell them to stop i can't the only thing i have is a simple game voice no! and chatting to other people about our favorite things or why we hate this or that can't do it again and was one of the reasons why i liked the server it always had nice and fun people to be around with and just all around have a good time fighting bosses with!
