Im sorry to say, but i have no experience as admin nor moderator.

- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?
No, i do not have any experience with administrating with sourcemod. I would love to learn though.

- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
Im online quite alot in the evening. And i would love to help both @Le Captain Pootis and @P N N with keeping the server a fun place for everyone.

- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments. Well, its hard to explain, but i will give it a try. Well first of all i would (In case of a camping hale) Tell hale to stop camping. If he does not listen i would slap him, after that i would ban him for 240 minutes. In case of a micspammer, i would first warn the guy that he should stop spamming or he would get a gag. If he does not listen to my warning, i would gag him for 120 minutes. In case of AFK poeple; I would slap to see if they're really afk or not. If they do not respond i would kick them to make space for other poeple to join. I would like to make VSH a better place for everyone to play on. Get poeple to act normally and mature. I would get poeple to think about what they did wrong, so they won't do it again.

Well hello there Teddy, happy to see that your application finally arrived.

First off, starting with your application. It looks decent, fair amount of effort (Could use a bit more reasoning at the "why should we choose you" section), but it forfills the requirements nonetheless.
You're a well-liked player, who is very active and interactive with the other players, which is something I appreciate amongst players. Looking at your chatlog, it looks good. The only thing is the ! command spam. I'd appreciate if you would start using / instead, as it makes you look more professional (yes I take this way too seriously), but it's nothing that would change my mind about you. You enforce rules, and often utilize /call (Or my private messages )

Your sessions looks alright, you've been playing for almost every day of 2018, and of course way before 2018 as well. You have a lot of 1+ hour sessions, even some 3+ hours, but unfortunately also quite a few below 1 hour. Now I know there's not really a requirement defined when it comes to sessions, but I'd recommend atleast 1 hour a day, 5 times a week. This is nothing I'd force upon you, but that's just what sounds good in my book.

Your policies and punishment section looks good, as it's pretty much what I would do myself, nothing too noteworthy.

You have been gagged 3 times, once per year since 2015, and the most recent one being in May of last year, so that's all fine.

Overall, I really enjoy playing with Teddy, he enforces rules, uses the call system (or calls me privately), has a mature attitude, good sessions, so based on this I will support Teddy's application.

Teddy has started to be a known member of the VSH server. I usually see him everyday. He enforces rules, use the !call system a lot and he also PM if he got questions about the rules. For beeing 16 years old he is really mature aswell.

As for your application, your sessions are small with a lot of 50 mins connections, but you also have those 3-4 hours ones.

Your application is neither good or bad, it's somewhere in the middle, so it is a decent application.
The section "Why should we choose you to be part of our team?" looks rushed imo. This is the part where you kind of have to "sell" yourself to us and the higher admins. You have to give us the qualities you can bring to the server and the team. Me and Pootis know you, but for the other admins to get to know you better. Anyways, this is not a major problem, I just noticed it!

Your punishments looks good, both me and Pootis use almost the same punishments as you explained.

I really enjoy playing with Teddy, but I don't really see him as admin quite yet. I would like to see the sessions go up and get more then 5 days of playtime on the server. Also use / instead of ! to make your chat look cleaner.

I am between negative and neutral as for now.

I would say that it would be fair enough to ignore the punishments against him as he does have them far apart, although looking at his chat he seems to overuse "xD" when looking at how much he sends, although it wouldn't be categorized as spam as they are far apart.

IMO, the punishment section looks very rushed and unorganized, not something that enticing me to read it. Putting it in a neater fashion would be nice next time.
