Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute:
I was banned on my non Vacced account for having accounts which now have vac bans, and that also went on the server.
I did not hack when i was on these said accounts because i have no reason to, im not exactly the worst player.

The fact that you banned me without any proof of hacking i will not understand, as soon as you provide proof then i can answer anything about akod.
The same applies to panda servers, no proof of me hacking and there will never be any proof because i didn't hack

That's defiantly a fair point and if i was Lighty i would be thinking the same, but why not give me another chance and if i were to hack and be banned i would deem that justified and not be angry.

Banned you without proof? This is the proof. Now, this is one of your alts, and if any admin doesn't believe my word, they can just do some ip searching and see that this is one of your accounts. This demo seems proof enough for me, to keep you banned.
And as Bass said, if someone had been cheating, what stops him from cheating again? You don't deserve a second chance.
Now, could you please answer my first question?

I Can't view that file, the point is that this is an appeal for panda servers, i don't really care about akod right now otherwise i would have appealed. There is no and wont be any proof of me hacking on panda as i haven't and wont therefore i am requesting a second chance.

If you're thinking I put the icestick account twice, no I didn't. Sure it's the same image but he made two accounts with the same name that got VAC'd at the same day.

"Admin didn't catch me cheating, therefore the VAC bans are invalid and claim I didn't cheat" all over again, even in our chat.
Basically, I can cheat on panda, get VAC banned, play on my main until admin finds my alt and bans me so I can claim they have no proof and that I didn't cheat on panda but actually cheated on [Insert community name here]. Seems really fair now doesn't it? Just having people that cheat on alts play on our servers ruining others' fun play without consequence for cheating other than only getting a VAC ban on their alt for it. Everyone can lie about where they cheated, but no one can lie about the VAC.

Cheaters don't get another chance imo. Sure I'd agree if something bad happened like being very drunk and accidentally cheating that the person would get another chance, but one does not do this three times and expect to also be that one rare exception.

As I even said in our chat, I have no tolerance against cheaters.

And since you tried telling me you have no idea why they're connected to panda twice then saying you did go on panda seems to me you're trying to lie yourself out of it, not to mention you repeating that over and over again which got annoying pretty quick.
