- Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for? I Would like to apply for #13 FF2.

-Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report? Yes.

- Do you have a microphone? Yes i Have Blue SnowBall Mic.

- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator. I was admin in Cs go and TF2 Viking Server .

- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod? Yes not that much but i am aware of it.

- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
ive been on panda since 1 year and i am a well know player in those 2 servers ( FF2 , duel ) . and i have knowledge and skills at dealing with Sticky Situations.

- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.

I would follow Owner rules of banning But i Have my own ways as well.

Simple . Every Action Has it Own punishment

Spamming (Mic , Chat) : a Direct Mute" Time is depended on How many time have been Mutted for Spamming it can go up from 60 till 360 min"

Insulting : 4 hours mute.

Racism or toxic behavior : first 120 min mute then 1 day ban.

Hacking: Perm ban is the only option since its a Free to play game.

Afk Players For ff2 mode : Slay if they didnt move within 3 min of round start.

Other cases the ban would be discussed with other admins or it can be posted on admins forum.

Thinking about the previous attitude on the first application,you are too impatient.
Stop asking "when it's going under review" or "when it is going to be accepted?" stuff.
If you want to really do this you have to wait until the time comes.

Application it's a bit rushed,and as I can see you are giving a maximum of 6 hours for mute? 4 hours gag/mute for insulting?
Punishments have to be given after checking HOW MANY punishments the target has and WHICH rule has the target broken.So work on that a little bit more.

You should also improve your english a little bit.Yes,I know it might not be your first language,but look at me for example.I am italian,but I costantly try to improve my english in any way possible because I really care about my admin position.
Being an admin is more than just let the other respect the rules.Like I say a lot of times,you must be an example to all the other players,you can joke with them but you also must be strict sometimes and expecially YOU MUST know how to express yourself clearly.

On the other hand you have always been a friendly player,who keeps on enforcing the rules,I just don't feel for the reasons stated above to give you a +1,I am sorry.I won't stay Neutral on this,but I will give you a -1.

Well Tekkit wrote a lot. I think youre still enforcing rules and so on. I think its still more than to be an admin like to help player who want to chose the boss as example. Your punishment list is too small and there I missing some like teaming or the player dont do his dmg. Would you to update your punishment list it will be change the opinion of our team. The problem is that both me and Zush asked you to improve your punishments and clear up your chat,but you were only interested on your app to be accepted or going under review,and you didn't listen to our requests.

Good player, generally enforces the rules , but again like others said, the punishment section is lacking. If that can be improved, then maybe it'll become positive, but for now...
