Can we make a rule against a red constantly hitting another red, this can apply for blu aswell, with a pan it makes a really continuous obnoxious noise and you can't hear warden while this monstrosity is happening

Never happens when I'm on. It could just be the fact that they know you get annoyed by it which makes them continue. You could always ask warden to say "no randomly swinging your melee"
