Timezone & general online times;

GMT+2 hours, during workdays im generally online between 2pm-9pm (2pm or later, depending on my school schedule), on the weekend im usually online from 10am-10pm

Servers I usually play on;

#9 Deathrun 1 and #22 Deathrun 2 ,#12 Slender Fortress. I also visit the #21 Prop Hunt server from time to time and I'd visit more servers in case of a report.

Servers I would like to apply for;

#12 Slender Fortress

Do I have a microphone;

I do, but I prefer not to use it as it's not the best and a little broken. I am planning on buying a new one soon, though.

Previous experience as mod/admin;

On a previous account, I was Admin for a while on a friend's server, however, I am no longer an admin due to losing contact with said person. I attempted to find the server, but it appears to be gone, along with the person who used to run it. I should perhaps mention that we didn't have anything that could be seen as experienced on the server. Otherwise I have no experience as an admin.

Experience with SourceMod;

I know most of the basic commands and some of the more advanced ones.

Why would we choose you?;

I play often, and I enjoy the server a lot and wish I could help you guys out in general. Sometimes I see rules being broken and I can't do all that much about it aside from reporting, so I would like to help enforcing those rules. I also know (from personal experience) that a lot of people seem kinda scared of admins (often new players) and I want to show them that admins aren't as scary as they sometimes seem.


How I would do my job;


How I would deal with Chat/Micspam;

One warning for micspam, if they continue, it'll be a gag. Spamming with binds/one letter text will receive two warnings, after that they'll be gagged.

How I would deal with vulgar language/insults;

As long as it isn't directed at other players, vulgar language is fine. If someone is insulting someone else, they'll receive two warnings, if they continue after that, a gag.

How I would deal with racism;

I'll give 2 warnings and if they continue afterwards a gag.

How I would deal with hackers;

If I am told someone is hacking, I will investigate first before I act. If the evidence of the report turns out to be false, I would ask the person who reported the other about it. If the player is proven to be hacking, I will ban them.

How I would deal with Blocking (note blocking or door blocking):

I'm not sure if this is really all that bad (I havent experienced this much), but if someone is purposely blocking a note or the entrance to the pvp arena, they'll receive two warnings, if they continue, I will kick them.

How I would deal with people not speaking english;

If someone isn't speaking english in chat/voice chat, they'll receive 2 warnings and will be gagged for 30 min-3 hours if they continue afterwards.

How I would deal with spawn campers;

I've seen this a few times too many at this point, so: If someone is caught spawncamping, they will receive 2 warnings. If they continue to spawncamp, I will kick them.

How I would deal with Glitching/Exploiting;

I would first give them a warning, 2nd time a warning and a slay, 3rd time I would kick them. If they continue afterwards, I'll ban them for 3-5 hours.

How I would deal with Call Abuse:

I would give one warning, if they do it again (especially while I'm online) they'll get banned for 4-8 hours.

If I may throw in my opinion, I've played with the applicant in both of the deathrun servers and kept notice of his behaviour:

Pros
  • A lot of rule enforcement, which paints a good picture of you;
  • Proper attitude;
Cons
  • Use of lenny binds and even sometimes overuse, but once he gets a warning, he stops;
Other than that, he seems fit to be an admin, so even though my feedback won't count here, I'll give him my support. Good luck :)

Yeah, I'll just say what I think that fits around this area.

So I played with plague for a while in the slender server ofc, and so far from what I've seen, he's a pretty friendly player, never seen him breaking any rules, I'm not sure if the applicant is much of a talker, but, there's no harm in that, then that's all just fine by me. the application looks short, however, it gives all the information that is needed anyways, the applicant is very active, I can see that everytime I join the server.
But beside that, I do get reports sometimes, and having another helping hand would be good, because I encountered more than 10 times when I've been away from home and got tons of reports after I got back. So yeah, that's gonna sum it up I guess.

The lenny part was not really much of a spam, I see a big delay, which is fine by me, it's not really flooding the chat, so keep in mind that it's fine as long as blah blah blah (as I mentioned above).

Now, what I learned from @Nightascythe ,As she said that she's a bit more serious about the length of any sort of any punishment, I found out that 30 minutes minimum is just not enough ( for me to do ) so I extended it up a bit in my application. even more durning my trial.

Haven't seen him enforcing rules, but it could change, so I don't know if it should be minded right now.

On the other hand... I can't really decide until I would really get a good look to how things go when he's playing, saying that I haven't really decided yet, so I'll leave it neutral for now. of course i'll have a different thinking in the future, so i'll update.





TL;DR - I have not decided yet, i'll get to know him better after a certain time and i'll update.
 
Im not going to vote until i get to know him better , ill be more active on #12 from now on.
 
I havent played with Plague in a long time and dont remember so much of how he acts on the server. But he do calls when rules are broken and i wouldnt mind giving him a chance.

Punishments could use some work but thats part of things that you learn as you go.

He is active and the people on the server knows who he is.
 
I would throw in the 1+, like the reason mentioned above
