According to gameME it is, but to clear it up Madact let me know that there was supposedly some sort of reset / data loss with gameME which might explain the odd times.

Only on declined applications, his previous one was only invalid.

Your application seems to be rushed. I think you applied too soon, because of the few recent sessions that are showing up. I recommend to wait two to three more weeks, before applying for a server you just started playing on again. I will stay neutral on this application.
