I want to apply for the #01 DM Duel server, because I'm playing on that server right now and I'll stay here for a long time. Surely I'd like to visit any other server, that's the reason why I want apply for an admin - to help this community with disturbers and make it a little bit cleaner.

Yes, I have, but I don't use it at all.
- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator:
Never been an administrator(moderator), but here's opportunity to try it out.

I know the basics of SourceMod and I'll easily learn new things of SourceMod.
- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
I have been always enjoying the gameplay on Panda servers but I always noticed need for control because when admins left(or they were offline at that moment), disturbers started to break the rules(spam,overuse of CAPS, hacking, trolling, abusing...). I never took that serious and tried to bypass it. Recently I started to understand how annoying it is. So I want to help the community and try out, how it is to administrate a server. I was a troublemaker before as well, but I changed into the better way and it looks better now.It's a big problem when admins are offline and there's a disturber on the server. I always warn him/her, but they don't really care because I'm just a donator. It annoys me so I want to become an administrator to keep order on the server.
Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your polocies and punishments.
Communication rules:
That includes offensive language, admin impersonation, advertising, chat spamming, mic spamming, speaking a foreign language.
First at all I'll give a warn and after that follows 4 hour gag/mute then 8 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 1 week and a permanent gag/mute.
Rules of play:
Hacking will cause a permanent ban (I'll make a demo in my trial and show to my mentor to make sure if the suspected is hacking).
Abuse of the !call:
I'll warn the player once, then 8 hour ban, 1 day ban, 3 days ban and 1 week ban. If the disturber breaks the same rules again it'll lead to a permanent ban.
- Avoiding punishments
I'll give 4 hour ban, 8 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 6 days and a permanent ban.
-Duel specific rules:
• No close quarter sticky traps.
I'll warn and slay the player. If he continues in rule breaking I'll ban him for 4 hours/8 hours/1 day/3 days/1 week and then permanent ban.
• No Sniper camping near a supply locker.
I'll warn the player and slay him. If he continues I'll ban him for 4 hours/8 hours/1 day/3 days/1 week and then permanent ban.
• No Sniper shielding in spawn
I'll warn the player and slay him (medic). If he won't stop I'll ban him for 4 hours/8 hours/1 day/3 days/1 week and then permanent ban.
Notice : If the sniper asks for medic, I'll warn the sniper and if he continues I'll ban him for 4 hours/8 hours/1 day/ 3 days/ 1 week and then permanent ban.
