- Your general online times and your timezone - I am currently on summer break until August 4th which means I am available from 8:00am to 10:30pm UCT. However once summer break ends I will only be available from 4:15pm to 8:30pm UCT.
- Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for? Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report? I spend basically all my time on the NY Jailbreak server. However I do have experience with most gamemodes on G-Mod. This means I will be able to go onto any server needed to answer a report/case.
- Do you have a microphone? (This is a minimum requirement for Jailbreak admins) Yes. It is a Turtle Beach - Ear Force PX24 with sound mixer.
- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator - Yes I have previous experience as an Owner but do to financial issues we could no longer keep the server up and running.
- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod? I know how to use SourceMod and all of the most useful commands.
- Why should we choose you to be part of our team? I heavily enjoy this server and its community. However, I have seen issues with this such as free killing and just general issues that I could never do anything about. I would be a honor to become a part of your wonderful team of staff and help fix bugs and issues with the server and its community.
- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.
Mic and Chat spamming are to both be treated as equals. First, issue a warning then a gag. However this all comes down to the spammer and what he/she was spamming. For example, if the spammer was spamming something vulgar it wouldn't merit a warning, but something lighthearted would.
Hacking or exploiting to me should never be handled with a warning, because they are a direct impact on a player's experience and the server itself.
For favoritism I think the perpetrator should first be issued a warning and then followed by a Team BLU ban for an hour or more depending on the severity and how many times this was committed.
If he/she doesn't have a microphone but doesn't freekill I would issue a 1 hour guard ban. If he/she doesn't have a mic and is freekilling then I would issue a ban.
When he/she freekills mistake and can explain why he killed him I would slay or he/she can do kill in console. When he/she is massive freekilling I will issue a ban.
Vulgar language/spray would be punished by a spray ban or gag/mute for about 60 minutes depending on how harsh it was. If they continue they I would issue a 120/240 gag/mute/spray ban.
Free hitting is a small crime and would result in a warning. If they disregard the warning and continue then I would slay them. If done again then a 1 hour guard ban. Then each time its committed then at eventually reaching a maximum guard ban.
If a guard opens the cells without the warden's permission then it would result in a warning, slay, and time bomb to end the failed day. If the person continues, they would be issued a 30/120/240/480 minutes guard ban and if after that they would receive a maximum guard ban.
Ghosting could lead to a different outcome in the game and would receive a warning. If he/she would continue to do so then they would be issued a 30 to 120 minute gag or mute depending on how the ghosting was executed.
Repeated instances of baiting would result in a guard ban for around 1 to 2 hours, in a single instance it would receive a warning and a reminder of how baiting and the rebelling status works on this server.
Free killing and team killing would be met with heavy punishments as hacking and exploiting would. If caught in the act of mass free killing it would result in an immediate slay and guard ban for as long as possible paired with a re-spawn of the victims, team killing is often found in cases where mass free killing is also found so it would be resolved in a issue of the same punishment. Free killing against one or two people is most often just a case of misunderstanding, misunderstandings would result in a warning and a respawn of the victim. Team BLU killing is worse than free killing because it almost never has any reason and affects the outcome of the game and who receives LR.

I always try to remind people of the rules and if someone is not familiar with these rules than I always link them directly to the rules, and if a person has a question about a certain rule/mechanic I will always be glad to DM them and make sure they completely understand the rule/mechanic of the server before moving on with my day. However if I witnessed a rule being broken several times I always try to contact an admin. If I was an admin I would be able to solve the problem directly.
