Short Story he came on started ruining rounds and teamkilled blues,spammed lennies in chat,ruined rounds (cause no mic probably (at least didn't use it)

The Rule he broke: Evidence: Spamming, teamkilling blues.Illegal Friendly fire (to kill blues) No evidence: no mic (at least not used one), failed rounds (on purpose by force wardening himself (that also so he can turn friendly fire on and kill teammates)

Ok so what I've done is 2 teambans offline and I've gagged him. It's the best I can do. I cannot server ban due to no evidence of freekilling. Teamkilling is only teamban punishments.
Not sure how these teamban offline bans work. Hopefully they've done something.
