-I am on at the earliest 9am (PST) till the latest 10pm(PST). I often game about 5 to 6 hrs on Panda Freak Fortress 2. My timezone is Pacific Standard Time.
Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for? Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report?
-I play on Freak Fortress 2, the server that Speneth the 1st is admin on. I would wish to apply for this server because I noticed the admins have become busy. There has been less enforcement of the rules since the admins have been on rarely. I wouldn't visit other servers because I am not a regular player on other servers. I wouldn't know how people usually treat others and such. If I get a report, I would go check out the server for the regular rules as spamming in text, voice chat, etc.
Do you have a microphone?
-I do have a microphone that I use time to time, but I haven't used it regularly because of the insults of me being a minor. It's understandable.
Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator
-I haven't had previous experience as admin or moderator because I have been to afraid to apply. I want people to the follow the rules. I just have been enforcing the rules, not being an admin.
Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?
- I do not have experience with administrating with SourceMod because I have not yet become an admin before.
Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
-I do follow the rules, enforce the rules, and execute the rules. I believe I have the capabilities to be an admin and help make this community a safe environment for all gamers. I would also enjoy getting to know the team that created such a wonderful community.
Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.
- I would join the server and play with the other gamers. Once an insult, spam, or any sort of rules being broken will result with a punishment. A spammer of voice chat or regular chat who has been warn only 3 times will result with a 4 hour gag. If the spam is tremendously out of ways it will result into an 8hr or even permanent gag. I will not tolerate any bully whatsoever. If someone feels insulted, I will not be so nice to them. They will also be worn. If the insults are out of hand, I would ask my future peers ( Baka and Speneth) what should be the correct time for their ban of the server. Also, this server is known for many campers (hiding from the boss). I would simply add a bomb timer of 10 seconds that will give the player enough time to stop camping and to do damage to the boss. Hackers will not be banned until I go spectator and witness the hacking while in the play. After I see the game play of that player, I will decide on if I should punish or not. AFK players will be given time 10-15 minutes until they will only be kicked from the server. Most of these actions will be taken by myself. If I have any second thoughts, I would ask my team for second thoughts before executing a punishment.

Kay's been doing a faily good job these recent days. However, seeing I have not played enough with her to actually know what she does. For that I'd have to be NEUTRAL. Hope we can play some more together, but job kinda stops me from doing so.

Kayla's very well received by the FF2 server she's applying for. They think she's very kind and enforces the rules as well. I'd say that I'm leaning to what I believe the majority thinks, but while I gave her permission to apply because she looked ready and I had no doubts on the surface, I want to see more of her and how she reacts to certain situations so I can feel certain that I'm putting my opinion in right, like how Baka's doing. I'll give her a green NEUTRAL for now.

I've played with Kayla multiple times on the server, and lately, she has been enforcing the rules, which is good, but she can get abit unstable time to time. I'm not implying she would be a bad admin, but occasionally, her feelings can get on her way on thinking, I can't blame her, due to mostly her age causing of those problems. I'm gonna have to give her a NEUTRAL.

Changing my vote to a +1 but due to some concerns a few players told me about you, I will watch you very closely and make sure you're taking the right path. I think your intentions are good, but I think there are some areas that need smoothing and close monitoring of just to make sure you're doing things right.
