Usual play time:
I almost always come online on tf2 when I get off work.
Work hours for me are (day shift 08:00-16:00 / night shift 16:00-01:00) My shifts change every week.

Do you have a Microphone?
I have a loud and clear one but I hardly use it.

Servers I usually play on:
I only spend most of my time on 06# Hightower and rarely visit other Panda servers. I don't play competitive so I'm never busy when I'm on tf2, I mostly only go on Casual when #06 is empty.

Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report?:
I'll gratefully jump off to other servers from panda community to ban hackers and solve the issues/disputes they're having.

Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?:
I have never been an Admin nor Mod on a server before so I haven't really had the chance to learn of SourceMod Plugins and Commands, I only know the very few basic ones.

Why should we choose you?:
I'm quite active on #06 and I think myself as truthful, honest and principled person.
I feel the need to apply for #06 as there oftentimes a person joins and causes disturbances on your servers ould be more than pleased to fix the issue.
There is sometimes one of the admins just cannot come on to the server because of reasons so I feel like there needs to be 1 or 2 more keeping things under control.

Trouble I've caused:

SPAM: When I first joined the server I negligently spammed binds several times, I've now refined from it.

AFK Farm hours: A few days ago I AFK farmed several hours (6-8) I was kicked and reconnected, disrespectfully to afk farm again a few times ignoring the warnings I got.



What will you do as Admin?:
As previously told I'll gladly get those hackers out of your servers, I'll warn the spammers/offensive/racists reasonable times until a gag becomes necessary.
Pornographic/Offensive Sprays are also a bit common which I will give a respectful little kick off the server with a straight forward warning.
Even if someone I know online/personally fails to respect the rules will endure consequences.

gameME profile -> 3 days 9 hours playtime. I have kicked him a few times while he was farming hours, so I warned him about it. He has done it a lot less since though I still see him AFKing from time to time.

Though over the last week your chat has improved a lot, and that was to be noticed when you play on the server - no more spam, and it looks much cleaner overall.

Sessions -> Sessions are good and long, though not daily. I would like to see you improve on that, activity is key when you are an admin, especially on the Hightower servers.

Application looks nice and clean, though the last two questions you were meant to answer are short, especially your punishments, and those are the two critical ones. I would like you to expand those as much as you can. For punishments, have a look at other accepted admin applications and/or the SourceBans page in order to get an idea how long the bans should be.

Furthermore, I have been playing with Sunny on the server, so I know him well. He's fun to play with, and gets along with others nicely. He doesn't cause any sort of problems (ever since he stopped spamming), and since he has me added on Steam, he often send me messages about how there's an inappropriate spray or an annoying spammer on the server, which I take care off one way or another.

All things considered, my vote for now is NEUTRAL.

The applicant has edited his thread, adding punishments, rather than posting them here in the replies. Both of our fault, he didn't know and I didn't tell him, but I'll leave a reply anyway.

Firstly, as a trial admin, you can't perma ban. You can issue a ban and send it to a full admin to extend it for you, as long as you provide evidence.

Secondly, a kick is a kick. That's it. You can't kick someone for 10 hours, though you can ban him for that amount of time if you think it's necessary.

Thirdly, if someone mic spams, you give him a mute, not a gag.

Finally, I'm glad you were honest about the trouble you've caused. I mentioned it in my reply and I'm pleased you confirmed it.

Overall, punishments are looking good, except for the fact that it says 24 hour kick B-)

My vote is the same, NEUTRAL, now not pushing towards the negative or the positive.
