Online time and timezone: I'm online from 16.00 to 20.00 CEST. On the weekends i usually start playing at 11.00 to 12.00 at night.

Which panda servers do you mostly play on? I mostly play dodgeball and deathrun. But i'd like to invest some more hours in other gamemodes since theres quite alot of them in the panda community servers.

Do you have a microphone? Yes, i do but i usually just use it to talk with friends and not in-game.

Previous experience as an administrator or moderator: I do not have any previous experience as an administrator or moderator.

Do you have experience with administrating with Sourcemod? I have some experience with it because i used to own a gmod server.


Why should we choose you to be part of our team? I play on the server alot and i see that there is a lack of admins online (some might be unavaible at the time) which makes it harder to catch the rulebreakers in action. I want to help with this issue and to become part of your team .

What will you do as an admin? First off, i start warning people for spamming and stealing before punishing them. If the player keeps spamming in chat/voice i'd have to gag, mute or kick if the player keeps spamming in chat/voice. Players who keep breaking the rules and ignoring the warnings get heavier punishment such as kick/bans.
Warnings: 2-3 Warnings before punishment.
Mute/gags: Depends how much the player have been spamming. First gag or mute will be 1hr and after that it will be 1-2hrs.
Bans: Banning hackers perm and i'll give 4hrs ban depending on how many rules the player have broken.

Omg yes.

Bab is a regular on the server, he is a nice player, he reminds players of the rules. And yeah always a blast to play with him.

I gotta say 1 thing though, I think this application looks very rushed, especially the "What will you do as an admin?" part. If I were you I would go a little bit in depth with this. Like go over every single rule and explain what you would do.

That's all for now. Keeping it Neutral for now due to the fact that the "what will you do as an admin?" part seems rushed.
I'd like to see more in depth information.

Well everything bar the punishments is good. I would like to see you go into more detail on how you will punish people for certain rules like Stealing / Blocking / Mic Spam etc.

From my game time with Bab (Played with him before) he is a friendly person who socializes with everybody whenever he talks
Overall Bab is a good player from what I have seen

Why should we choose you to be part of our team?

I only play on panda servers when i’m playing tf2, it has an awesome community with really nice players and admins. I respect the admins for putting up with all the crap all day (talking about the rulebreakers / hackers ). But there’s an issue when i play dodgeball, almost all the time. The lack of admins which are available for a simple call like stealing/spamming. I do know they have more important calls to take care of before a simple call like stealing/spamming, that’s why i reported 2 chat spammers by using the forum ) I’d like to help with responding to these calls and relieving some cargo for other game admins who have other focuses on gamemodes like jailbreak and trading.

What will you do as an admin?

As an admin i will remain hidden so that potential rule breakers can be punished without the knowing of an admin is on the server.

Stealing: First i need to see if the player is doing statue/wall with another player and if not then it’s an instant slay. The player will be given the reason why he/she has been slayed in chat. If repeated multiple times the player will get kicked for stealing. If the player still steals after the kick he/she is getting a 1 hour ban.

Blocking: Players who block receives a warning in chat that he or she should give the other players some space.

Chat spam: Will get a maximum of 2 warnings, if the player does not listen to the warnings he/she will get gagged for 1hr. If the player is still spamming the gag will be up to 2hrs. Spamming multiple lenny faces will be an instant gag because the spam makes 0 sense, if it is an message spam then the player will receive warnings. The lenny face gag will be 30mins.

If repeated multiple times the player will get kicked for stealing

If someone is stealing multiple times, wouldn't really consider a kick, just slay 3 times and after that a ban.

If repeated multiple times the player will get kicked for stealing. If the player still steals after the kick he/she is getting a 1 hour ban.

Going back to the first one, a 1 hour ban is very short. But you will get more info about that when the app will be accepted.

If someone is stealing multiple times, wouldn't really consider a kick, just slay 3 times and after that a ban.

Slaying 3 times is too generous IMO, I'd do it two times; one or 0 if the player has been banned for it prior.

Know the guy a bit, he's always good craic in game, follows the rules, isn't toxic and he can learn the general timings and policies that panda db admins learn after the initial acceptance so +1 from me.

From what I remember you used to be a lot less talkative on the server and now we don't come across each other I guess so I don't really know much about you. Although your sessions are good and your chatlog is very clean. Your policies definitely need ironing but it should not be a very big problem for you to learn. I have very slight doubts about your competency and maturity to administrate dodgeball servers, but you seem to be motivated. +0.5 from me.

I played with @Bab several times already. He is very friendly and it's fun to play with him, he is never toxic. I saw him using !call to report rule-breakers from time to time. I believe that he is good material for an admin. I've no complaints about him. I will give +1 to him.
