Why should you receive a unban for the ban : I'ts been a While since i've been on and im Back here again Trying to get back into the server For another look a While back From far i've come. I didnt know point farming was against the rules as i've always thought of it as a Tiny Mechanic That Ranks us in the servers. Its been Long lasting months Since i've last tried Attempting an Unban Sheet, And im ready to change my ways. I've picked up such an Behaviour from the servers as i realised i was fueling them a lot. Im ready to comeback.

Oh god I was hoping that this day wouldn't come. But I guess it was inevitable by constantly seeing him on the forums often. My past has returned to haunt me.

I don't know, honestly. Even if he really has changed, he makes it so hard for me to decide whether he's lagging or actually delaying since he claims his PC is shit. This would just make matches harder for me to deal with and I would likely get the same requests for him to be banned again since my main reason for his ban in the first place was because of the delays. It's quite the headache to deal with him. I want to see Pat's opinion on this before I make any decision, since I would likely be receiving the blunt of his actions if he were to actually be unbanned, and Pat has the most experience with what I would possibly be in for.
 
Well Im going to be honest, I am On Windows Vista as of now and i have been since i Joined the server and steam. Its just that Some maps Gave me Bad Frames in some Points of the maps
 
Honestly, it's hard for me to call on it because he hasn't been on this server in over a few months, (tbh i miss the little guy, but this is irrelevant), I would give my blessing but i'm not sure if he has actually learned anything or not. Ngh... I say give him another chance, we'll be keeping an eye out for him. Just follow the rules respectively, be nice to everyone, don't repeat the same mistakes, and we won't have a problem. But lets see what Pat has to say about this.

Cannot sort out an assured and fair judgement on the player, I can still remember he was that annoying while conversating with him on the steam chat (then that fact brought me to block and remove him). He disappeared from the server for a long while since the day of the unfriend, and now that he's back (with me rarely getting on usa), the cards on the table may have changed their sides..if you catch my meaning.
If he has really changed, I want to see TOTAL AND RIGID IMPROVEMENT: this means, if he falls even one minimal time in mistake again, the perm will return.
He has been a triggerer of drama situations for a long while, the LAST last last last chance will be given: failing us won't be accepted, anymore.

I didnt know i was annoying, but i felt i tried to ask you If i were annoying before. i would kindly stop if you were to say i were annoying.

Pichu. You've been given the opportunity for a last chance. Your ban will be lifted if you agree to the following;

  • I will not harass administrators or other panda players via steam or on servers.
  • I will not break any FF2 rules.
  • I will not break any general rules.
  • I will not even break communication rules. Even if those are usually resulted with a gag/mute they will be used against me for my ban if I were to break those rules.

Do you agree to the terms? If you break any term, your punishment will return back and you will not be given another chance. If you try to appeal once that is placed, it will be instantly rejected.
 
Well Will it be considered delay if i run with scout Doing damage?
 
Just.. don't be like i shoot hale once and then run 24/7. actually try to a decent amount of damage :)

Tbh hale can just come and rage you if you're a scout last person. Really it would be their fault unless you go off hiding and class 'but i did damage previous' as damage. You got to continuously do it.
