Back awhile ago when I was still administrating Dr I've warned you multiple times to stop insulting even punishing you for it but you always kept going and just ignored every gag you got and kept on insulting.

Lately I saw you insulting again in Dr even though you got a bunch of gags, no single cell in my body believes that you've learned about your mistakes now.

You've had plenty of chances before hand to be 'forgiven' with the punishments you received previously.

It's also way too early for me to think about lifting it. At least 3 months before I'll consider it being lifted (unless certain factors weighed in).

So really I'm against it. I'll leave it open for you to say something or anybody else to throw in their two cent of why he/she should be unblocked. If no response it'll be closed.

I'd like to thank you for the appeal at least. Takes up some of your time.

To demonstrate himself owning up to the punishment he deserved, and taking the time to consider his wrong doings.

If you think about it, the majority of communication appeals that are made within a week of the block being placed are automatically declined. If he were to appeal right away, admins would argue..

So yeah, waiting 6 days was a smart move. However, 6 days isn't enough time for the block to be lifted in the perspective of some admins.

I still don't get this, he gets gagged 5 times by me and other admins. He never appeals them and neither does he ever learn that what he was doing is wrong. After every gag he just continues, now he's got his last gag because I noticed his chatlogs and I made Madact aware that he was insulting and he basically doesn't learn.

I don't believe that in 6 days he has changed (also cryptic he would have been ungagged if he did it directly but that would have been in the case of it not being justified) I also don't believe he will change in 3 months.

Since August he got his first punishment for insulting and he's been doing it until since 6 days ago when he got his last gag. He has been punished for it every time and admin saw it, who knows how much he insulted people when no admin saw it. He hasn't changed and in his case I want to bet it won't be until a few years have passed that he will change.

This is all I have to say about him though the decision is to you guys what to do with this. If you ungag him or not for now it won't be my problem but I can bet that within the week of being ungagged he will continue by insulting people and will actively act like the good boy if he sees an admin.

Well I would only watch you after unbanning you but that is like way in the future so with all that is said the ban will stay on until some time has passed.
Please appeal at least 3 months from now. Doing it earlier will end up with me ....not being a happy panda
