Dear Panda-Team,
I want to apply as a Gameadmin on your Dodgeball Servers.

Nickname and Name: TheHelpfulHelper and Mirko in real life.

My age: Currently Sixteen, turning Seventeen in February 2017

Who gave me permissions to apply: I am old enough, but one of your Dodgeball Admins motivated me to.

My Steam32 ID: STEAM_0:1:59095332

Online times and timezone: Since I am still a student/pupil, I am mostly online in the afternoon in the week (16:00-22:00) and on the weekend (10:00-24:00). I usually play around 1-2 hours Dodgeball per day. I live in germany, and so my timezone is CET or UTC+01:00.

Servers I usually play on: As mentioned I usually play on dodgeball servers (mostly Dodgeball #4) and would also like to apply for such, but I also played on several different Panda-Servers in the past.

Do I have a microphon?: Yes, I do have a Headset (in particular the Corsair VOID), but I dont usually use it ingame for voice chatting.

Previous Experiences: As I am relatively young I dont have much experience in Administrating or Moderating, but I am very certain that I could handle it and see it as a challenging duty.

Experience with SourceMod: Not at all, but I want to study Information Technology and Game Development, so I believe I could learn it quite fast.

Why should you choose me?: I've found the Panda-Community very early in my TF2 days, and stayed with them since now. I've been on other Community Servers, but the people on Panda were just nicer and I had way more fun. But there were always some hackers or just even chat/voice spammers, who ruined it for me and now I want to apply as an admin, to show those the right way ;)

How I would do my job: Professional and fair. My goal is it that everyone on the servers has fun and enjoys their stay. Everyone behaving against the rules will be warned and if continuning appropiately punished, according to the standard punishments of Dodgeball or as agreed with the other Dodgeball Admins. I wont abuse my rights and will always act according to the rules. I will not ignore calls from players and try to be an active admin.

This is my first application, so please tell me how I can improve it, and what else you would want me to do.

Your time is shared on gamemodes with two servers so you do meet the playtime requirements.

I'd like to ask you if you've changed from when you were gagged for lenny spam ( https://bans.panda-community.com/index.php?p=commslist&searchText=STEAM_0:1:59095332 ).

I've yet to meet you in-game I think, my memory can be a little betraying.

Anyways you have a decent application, good luck.

(I'll probably give my vote once I have watched your progress).

First of all, thanks for your reply and sorry that I reply so late.
The Lenny spam was really stupid and just to provoke an admin I knew a bit better, still stupid.
If you want to we can meet now on Dodgeball #4, I'll be there in a second.
 
I've seen you a couple times, but not often enought to really comment, sorry.

@TheHelpfulHelper is definitely a nice player and changed a lot, even stopped spamming lennies altogether.
However, your playtime is quite worrying. Lots of low playtime and a day or more of inactivity recently with the last connect being almost a week ago.

May you also explain more of how you will do your job? For example how long would you gag someone for massive chat spam or voice spam or what would you do against a hacker or stealer. Do you also have a different view on what is considered stealing and what is not?

Don't respond to every call you get, you'll get a ton of calls per day and you'll quickly get tired of administrating if you respond to every call. I learned that the hard way... Though there are more DB admins now so I don't think you could overwork yourself.

I'm keeping my vote NEUTRAL for now.
 
Sorry for being so inactive the last weeks, had some private and school stuff but it should get better now :)
So to answer your questions, yes I am still interested.
 
Your sessions are still very poor. I would also suggest you answer Lighty's questions. I'm staying neutral as I can see some potential but a lack of activity and motivation maybe.
