The move afk to spectate sounds a lot better than kicking them off the server. Otherwise we will see numbers decrease.

Kicking out of the server would be better otherwise when they go to spectate they get playhours whitout doing anything.

It is visible on GameME how much time a player spends in spectate. Even if someone with 72 hours of playtime applies for admin, if like 30 of them were in spec they'll get declined anyways.

Less than 0.01% of the players do that. Even if they do, we will know when they apply (just like how we knew, that you farmed). So don't worry about it.
