I'm applying for Jailbreak and I'm willing to again administrate for other servers such as Deathrun

- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator
I've been a admin before here on panda and I was administrating both Jailbreak and Deathrun.
- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?
Yes, I do with me being admin here before.
- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
Because I have experience with administrating a server since the last time when I was an admin here and even now I still actively enforce the rules against players that insult/spam or break and other rules.
I'd like to note that my resignation had some reasons behind it with the main reason somewhat being the start of my college and me needing to make some time for it.
- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.
Not having a mic on Blu: This will result in me giving the player a Perm-guardban until the player has proven that he/she has a mic and will then be unbanned from the Blu team.
Hacking: With this I will make a demo of the hacker in person and will permaban the player(in my trial period I will make demo and ban the player and give the demo to my mentor while alarming them of the player hacking) .
Mic-spamming/spamming the chat/speaking a foreign language/insulting: I will warn the player first and if the player does not comply and continues this behavior he/she will get a 120 minute gag/mute.
Blu teamkilling: This will result in a warning if I see they try doing killing their teammate and will end in a 240 guardban if they end up killing their Blu teammate.
Freekilling: If the Blu freekills a red and apologizes I will see this as an accident and warn the Blu and respawn the freekilled reds.
In the case of this not being an accident and being on purpose the player will get a guardban of 240 minutes if the player in question has killed over 4 people a 1 day ban will go pared together with that guardban.
!uw: If the player says he does not want to be the warden I will warn them that doing !uw will result in a punishment, if the player in question does it anyway they will receive a 120 guardban.
If any of the above punishments are a bit to harsh don't mind to tell me the reason why and I may also respond with what my reasoning is behind it or change I might change my way of punishing somewhat
