Declined Voice Chat Mute unban appeal (1 Viewer)

So I did something I shouldn't. I do not have any proof that he did in fact scream in voice chat.
People where however complaining about screaming, but it wasn't enough evidence. So as just to do this gag I noticed that he/her has way too many mutes in the first place. I was surprised nobody slammed him/her in the first place. With it in mind, I thought if I gagged him he'll/she'll just switch to screaming again on the mircophone and since he all ready has enough mutes to put a perm mute in place I just thought well it'll save me time and energy to go on and monitor this person.

I will apologize for giving the mute on unfair reasons, but my valid reason is because of your mutes stacked way too high. I'll change the reason and I fully accept the first part as my fault.

You seem to know the system which indicates something a little more. I noticed your mutes slowly turned into gags. Where you just going to break the rules on insulting until you where on your last leg like you did with your mutes?

I continued micspamming as I was confused why I was muted because most admins just put the reason 'spam' or no reason at all or I just did not notice it.

They turned into gags because I did not realize micspamming is prohibited in panda community, I never insulted anyone before on mic or something. Lastly I have been gagged because I called two guys 'fags' because they were hiding and not playing the game, and then I just got pissed off because people got me killed.

Tell me how I act toxic beside calling people fags who do not even play the game and that rage chat example and I'll be impressed.

Some of the chats have already been provided in the thread. and the chat go on and on. I would suggest to be less hostile and borderline breaking the insult rules in general. Because i did have fun with you on the server to some part but if it keeps go on we will have to take action. And that is sad since its more fun with people communicating

The screaming part i dont know. i have only seen you use chat and not mic.

If you do not use your mircophone then it shouldn't be a problem with the mute being in place.
Now don't get me wrong, not using your mic is an excuse to keep the mute on but you should of had your permanent punishment ages ago, hence why it's on now.

As for your chat it's pretty clear you are breaking the rules still but the appeal isn't about that so...

To be honest I'm not convinced on lifting it. You need your time of punishment. When a certain amount of time has passed (3 months about) ad a convincing appeal then maybe I'll lift it.
