Completed tfdb_octagon update (1 Viewer)

Here we go again... I'd like to suggest that we update our current version of tfdb_octagon (a5) to the newer a7. It brings the following improvements:

• Solid walls, no more rocket getting stuck behind the bars
• No more map abuse
• Fixed skybox, no more headache when looking up at certain angles due to mapleaks
