Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for? Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report?: I usually play Panda-Community Trade minecraft neon,and so do i wish do apply there. Yes I would visit a broader range of servers in case of a report.


Do you have a microphone?: Yes, i do have a microphone, but i prefer chat messages just in case everyone understands me.

Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator: None so far.

Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?: I yet have no experience with sourcemod, but i believe that i'd learn it fast.

Why should we choose you to be part of our team?: The reason i should be a part of the Panda-Community is: I support the server, I respect it's rules and conditions, I would like to make Panda-Community a better place for the people And i love the community, I've also earned some support from other admins and there are many friendly people.

Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments: I belive i'd do my job pretty well, considering the fact that i'm online everyday i think it would help the server. I have seen many rulebreakers that when i told them for example ''Building a sentry on the ledge is not allowed'' they just ignored me and kept going. That's why i decided to apply as an admin on Panda-Community trade minecraft neon. I also think it would be good for others if there will be always 1 admin that's watching. It also may reduce the amount of rule breakers if they aknowledge that there's an admin on the server. Policies and Punishments: Spamming Mic: 2 warnings, then mute.
Chat spamming: 2 warnings, then gag.
Sentry on ledge/exploiting:1st explain/remind them and suggest them to read the rules,1 warning then slay followed with another warning if the person ignores my warnings,It will result in a temporary ban. In Case of a hacker, An instant permanent ban.

So yeah into the app and the applicant (not sexual)
While waiting for AristoCat to be a valid applicant, we had long discussions about his punishments, and his chatlogs back then, and how to improve and prevent that from happening again. And gotta say, reading the logs now, he absorbed the tips and suggestions I made like a sponge. The chat is clean of all the questionable lines, the enforcing of rules is constant and adequate. The punishment section is all good, the player has clearly taken notes from admins in work. And I can agree with the part saying that the server usually "calms down" when an admin connects.

Now about the applicant himself a bit.
From what I've seen, discussed and experienced, the player is a motivated and active #25 player. He uses !call when necessary, and unlike most of the calls from some regulars I know, I can trust there is someone actually breaking rules when answering to his calls. As said above, he had some issues filtering himself from typing certain things, but all of that has been solved out and has been working perfectly ever since.

Conclusively I'd say, he has the right mindset and motivation to become an admin, and I believe he could pull the weight. With some mentoring, he will fit in no problem.

Anyways, I am staying neutral as I've not really been playing with this guy on the server. (Don't even know about him lol)

I actually don't have much to say about him, he's a nice player, enforces the rules and calls for an admin when needed. However there are sometimes these weird moments, when he suddenly shows up in the Steam chat and tells you something for what you defenetly don't care about. He also criticizes people for different things, but for no reason. I'm not really sure how he would look like as an admin, so I'm gonna stay at +0.5 for now.
