Online Times and Timezone: I am usually on 24/7 except for the occasions of Sunday and Monday due to Therapist appointments. I go by Pacific Time (PT 8:00).

Microphone: I do have a microphone, but it's low quality, it's still understandable though.

Past Admin/Mod Experience: I have been a mod in xTcR about 2 years back, I left on my own terms because my personal affairs prevented me from using TeamSpeak.

Servers Played/Applying for: I play on the Freak Fortress 2 server. (Specifically this one: 66.151.244.155:27015)

SourceMod Experience: As for SourceMods, I have very basic knowledge to say the least, but I am willing to learn the ropes on how to use it more effectively.

Why should I be on the team: I am usually always on the Freak Fortress 2 server, and I want to see what I can do to keep the peace and well-being of others, I may be judgmental, but I am willing to listen from both sides of a conflict. That way, it's not as one sided. I am also very kind to people, I respect them and they respect me. If there was a person who didn't respect me, I would usually shrug it off, but if it gets a little too extreme, I may have to take action. If it was a small remark, I would laugh it off, but if it gets too offensive, then my mercy has gone down the drain.

How would I do my job: I plan to perserve the order of the server, First, I need to listen to the issue at hand. Then, I will issue 2 warnings, if they do not learn from the second warning, I will take the matter to my own hands and do what must be done. I am a pretty nice guy, but it doesn't mean that my kindness should be abused. If the !call command was abused I'd gag the abuser for a good 30 minutes and tell him why it shouldn't be abused, if he doesn't learn from the first time, I'd kick him. If it was the second, it's a temporary ban.

Application is a disappointment, but I do like your chat log and sessions. You are clean and with experience with mod on another community at least you know some of the basic commands of how they function. I hope you don't mind, but I have some question lined up for you below. I would appreciate if you answered these;

1. Can you link me to your profile on the forums of that community?
2. What servers did you manage as a mod? FF2? VSH?
3. Show me the command to ban someone for 1 hour in console form. If you can't, show me in chat form. If not that well show me at least some commands you know.
4. How would you deal with a hacker?
5. How would you deal with insults towards yourself as an admin?
6. How would you deal with an argument within chat?

I've managed a Jailbreak server, but it's often gone to trades as well.

As for the command it is:
sm_ban (name of player without the ()) 60 and (reason here without ())
I remember another where we used the steam ID to ban in case of name change, but I forgot the command.

If there was a "Hacker" I would switch to spectate and spectate the accused. If i find anything suspicious, I'd ask about it, if there is no response or if there are more suspicious acts, I will act.

People insulting me isn't much of a big deal, I listen to people constantly calling me names and sometimes, hurtful, but that's not enough to drag me down.

If 2 people start arguing, i start asking questions such as: what is the problem, how is it offensive, etc. I am willing to listen to both ends before finalizing any warning/punishment.

I understand where you're coming from, 'cause I'm lenient with insults towards myself. However, when their insults become excessive or turn extreme, such as offensive racial slurs, don't hesitate to gag/mute 'em. If you tolerate 'em too much, they'll grow accustom to insulting you, and others, by believing they won't be punished. Also, be sure to gag/mute those, who insult others.

So, this app has been dormant for some time... probably because there's only 2 admins administrating on this particular server XD

The problem is, unless he changes his mind later, @Patmosphere has made it clear he's not putting his opinion on this application due to lack of knowledge about the applicant because of time zone differences, so I'm the only opinion you're gonna get @Kevin

I've made up my mind though after some careful thought, so I'll get right into this.

I have, as of this post, only been administrating the US FF2 server for a little more than a week, however that's been enough to be able to tell that Americans on this particular server have given me the most unpleasant immature experience I've ever had on TF2, due to the lack of administration keeping things in order. Patmosphere has come by on the server from time to time, but not as often as the server needed it, as well as the fact that he mainly administrates elsewhere, so I assume the US FF2 server isn't a top priority for him. Point here is, the server's run rampant long enough loose from its rulebook chains, and I've been trying to reinstate stability in that hellhole for the past week, mainly by myself. There have been many different rule breakers, and most people don't like the aspect of an admin regularly patrolling the server, presumably because they know they can't troll the server as often as they'd like to, so I haven't had the warmest welcome there. My hands have been full, with many times having so many rule breakers at once that I often burn out and leave the server to take a break for a day or two so I can relieve myself from all that pressure. I've desperately needed a helping hand so I didn't rip my hair out and call it quits, and that's when Baka asked if he could apply.

Obviously, with my experience and knowledge of American dicketry, I was skeptical at first, thinking he was just one of those Americans trying to ruin things more with some commands to fuck people with, and I had already been trying to forget my blunder with Dr.Hoot (Again, sorry about that lol) and I had realized after that fuck up, Dr.Hoot was just as bad as all the others, as I soon saw he threw insults around just as freely as everyone else. So, I decided to look extremely closely at Baka so I wouldn't make the same mistake again. I watched him while administrating, and I watched him with a different alias in order to get to know how he acts knowing eyes are on him and when he thinks they're not. He's commonly pointed out rule breakers and their actions, and has kept his cool in those situations, not getting flared up about it or anything like that. I combed through more than 20 pages of his chat history, and except for one flag of foreign language, which I'm too lazy to throw in Google Translator, he's respected the rules consistently and has shown acceptable administrative behavior. He's been very patient with this process, even with the delay of an admin's opinion for quite some time.

Honestly, I'm very impressed with his conduct, and I REALLY do need some help around here. Nobody's perfect, he has a few rough edges that need to be smoothed out, but he would be a perfect fit compared to every other troll on here. Plus, we need more admins assigned to this server with me anyways so applications like these won't have only 1 opinion to work with XD

I've joined the USA server today to take care of one of the uncountable calls, and I've finally met the player "in action". Seeing the way how he enforces the rules and how he approaches the arguments, had left me in a situation of calm and peace, absolutely.
What I've felt while staying on the server this time was a mood of tranquillity. He can easily explain every single rule with the exceptions in them (example the one of the camping classes-all the classes must be useful by doing damage and don't camp, engis and snipers are contradditions).
Plus, since this date, the things on the USA side are going to be less toxic for the remove of the sc's stun. He deserves my +1, we're currently requiring people like him in there.

Yea, rarely play too in USA FF2, and often times being in server only to handle a call. Got to play first half an hour with the applier, and honestly my first impressions were good. Saw him warning ppl most of the time and he even went an extra mile and asked me few questions relating to rules, administration and stuff. By doing that your really showing that you have some interest of becoming admin and you are aware of what it takes.

And then the usual stuff, chat looks fine, ingame time more than better when we are talking about USA ff2.

Overall, due not playing enough with the applier and not being a 100 % sure , staying neutral. But all what were stated above and with my little concerns , I dont see any huge problems of you not becoming admin
