- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator - I have been a Root (second highest rank you can earn) on a community "PB Fortress" for 2-3 years and have been am currently a Manager (one rank under Root because I resigned). I am very familiar with SB as well as SM. I have 5 years of experience of being an administrator for that community. (Mainly Jailbreak and VSH servers) I had access to SB, admins, commands and all the servers.

- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod? Yes (explained above)

- Why should we choose you to be part of our team? I have lots of experience with being an administrator. I won't need anyone to coach me or teach me how to do the job. I enforce the rules already without actually being able to do anything (except for make reports). If I am accepted I won't need to make anymore reports, I'll be able to handle it in-game directly as it's happening.

- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.

Stealing - I'd warn the person first, if they continue I would slay them. If they keep stealing I would slay once more and if they continue I would issue a 2hr+ ban.

Bodyblocking - same as above ^

Racism / Disrespect - gag / mute for 60 minutes, if they continue after their punishment has expired I would continue to raise the punishment time.

Spamming - Warn first, gag / mute for 30 minutes, if they continue I would increase the punishment time.

Any other situation I would handle it how I personally feel it should be handled. If I do not know how long to punish someone for I would make sure I ask an admin who knows before issuing the punishment.

I use my binds a lot, but you can see me clearly talking in chat, and I talk all the time, I also use my mic.

The VAC ban was from me using a BHOP script on cs:go that I downloaded from a website

What's wrong with lennies ):?

1. I already admitted that I use my binds very often, but how is that a problem? I still communicate effectively despite the fact I use a lot of binds. The chat logs show multiple lines of the same bind, but that's over a period of time, I don't spam the same bind time 10 times in a row like the chat log shows, I may use a bind everytime I die without saying anything in between them, so it looks like that's all I'm saying but it's not.

2. I said that because there are barely any admins on the dodgeball server and there's an announcement that constantly says that "we are in need of admins", but the majority of the people that apply don't get accepted. People break the rules daily, and the only way I am able to do anything about it is to constantly annoy Crypt with steam messages lol, or by making a report. The down side to this is that nothing gets done right away, it always takes days, sometimes weeks. The players I report are still in the server breaking rules for multiple days before anything happens.

3. The downspiking thing, I was playing on bitch_ass_final and someone kept downspiking it between the two sides, and then complained to us that we were map abusing when we killed him. I've even seen admins downspiking on that map though, I didn't think it was a problem.

4. The VAC ban is completely unrelated to TF2, so I don't see why that's a problem. I downloaded a Public BHOP program from a website and it got me banned from CS:GO. That being said, I've learned my lesson the hard way. I don't see how this should affect my application.

5. We were joking about someone hacking so I put the lmaobox link, and I didn't know steam links weren't allowed.

You are always reporting rule breakers which takes a bit of dedication you don't just use the "!call" command you actually take the time to come to the forums and report the rule breakers because you know something will be done fast on the forums. Overall I feel like you do really care about the community just some things like the ones mentioned in previous comments need to change such as lenny spam which you has already been addressed.

Imo @Capri is right , you should use chat to communicate, not for using binds , i suggest you stop the binds and actually start to communicate more.

Your chatlog can affect your application aswell as the VAC ban.

If he isnt spamming the chat there shouldnt be a problem. Looking at my chat there is only binds and less then 10% normal stuff.
If you are talking over mic why would you stop and start type it instead?

I appreciate how you tolerated "best player in the server" and "these scrubs gona get rekt", when they were insulting you in-game and on forums. You held back, even though they were highly obnoxious and irritating. For those, who are are confused about what happened on forums, it can found here.
• From what I can recall, I haven't seen/heard you enforce the rules in-game, and that's prob'ly 'cause we play at different times. I'm typically on around 8 p.m - 1 a.m, and I would assume that you play earlier than I. However, your chat and reports are enough to convince me that you do enforce the rules. You also message me, in regards of "best player in the server" and "these scrubs gona get rekt", when they continue to be disrespectful in-game.

Suggestions:

• The majority of your binds are spaced out through minute(s) intervals; however, you still spam some binds, such as:
  

Binds are an easy fix though. Just try not to spam 'em. If you still find it difficult, I would suggest for you to delete 'em.

• When you're enforcing the rules, it's important to respect the player(s), even though it can be frustrating when they choose to stay ignorant. If you don't respect 'em, chances are, they won't respect you, nor the rules.

I don't mind you asking 'em if they can/can't read, but it worries me when you say "fuckin dumb". Even though they're breaking the rules, you're breaking a rule as well by insulting 'em.

Overall, I'd give you a +0.5. I'll give you a solid +1, when I see an improvement with your binds and enforcing.

I have checked your Chat logs and what bothers me is your binds, binds are ok in most cases, however try to settle down with the lennys and etc. Also I don't see you enforcing the rules that much on the server just after October 18/16. The things I see is binds (aka lennys and etc) and not much of you trying to enforce and such. You do communicate with the others, however try to be respectful towards others and when telling people to stop breaking a rule as said above. Now before October 18/16, you have shown some enforcement on the server and also reported some of the rule breakers because they did not want to stop which is a good sign. However, going back even more (Before October 14/16) I have not seen any enforcing from you, I do see some enforcing, but it's seldom to see you do it.

I have checked to see if you have any punishments against you, however there were not which is an excellent sign, however your Chat logs could use some work.

Overall good application, however try to improve your Chat logs. Anyways, I'm staying Neutral.

Ya I realize that was a mistake, it was really late and not very many people were on and some guy was acting really toxic and constantly stealing, but when I started recording he stopped and started acting like he knew the rules. That was my bad, I can assure it won't happen again. About the binds, I have no problem deleting them if it's really that big of a concern.
