Timezone and General Times: My time zone is PST and i am usually on Panda DB 3:00 PST to 11:00 PST

Server and Calls: I Usually Play on the Panda USA DB. I would also visit a Broader range of servers if needed.

Microphone: I do have a Microphone but I would not use it Unless i need too.

Previous Experience: I do have experience as an Admin but not on TF2 (Ask if you want to know more info on this)

Sourcemod: I do not have experience with Sourcemod.

Why Should you Choose Me:
Before i start just a little bit about me. I go by the name of YourBiggestFan and i am usually on Panda Dodgeball. I have 11 days on Panda DB and I just love this server.

The Reason you should choose me as admin for the DB server is because sometimes admins arent on late at night, mornings, or early in the evening. I am usually on at those times when they are not on the server. I feel like i could make a difference and the only way to make a difference is to try to get involved. Sometimes admins wont come on from the call command as fast as we need them too. It would be easier to just solve the problem myself or for others instead of just waiting.

What I Would Do as Admin:

Voice Spam: 1 warning if they continue a 2 hour mute.

Chat Spam: 1 warning if they continue a 2 hour gag and Screenshot just in case.Going to place chat log in comments if needed.

Stealing: 3 warnings/slays if continued a 12 hour ban

BodyBlocking: 3 warnings if continued 12 hour bad.

TKing: 1 warning then 12 hour ban if continued.

Hacking: Record a Demo then Perm ban them. Then just post it on their comments later.

Advertising: Take a Screenshot then a Ban. Post Screenshot on comments.

Insulting: 1 warning and a 2 hour gag. Will take a screenshot as needed.

Your app seems fine. To me, you could've added a lil' more effort.

For your chat policies, you don't need to screenshot the rule-breaker since you can navigate to GameMe and find their chatlog there.

I see you enforce rules sometimes and you are a very nice and great player.

My vote will be +0.5 for now as I am unsure at the moment.

My vote will maybe change soon as I get to play with you more in game.

Your application is good; it has the required information.

You’ve helped me twice regarding hackers. When I came on late, and had insufficient evidence on a hacker, you were willing to share a demo you took prior my arrival.

As Capri stated, you enforce the rules occasionally. I know you don’t tolerate stealing, considering this message you sent me awhile back, “if one more rocket gets stolen i think i am going to go bald”, and how you ask players to stop stealing.

The only thing that concerns me is your chat log, specifically your senpai binds and use of profanity:

I’m aware your binds and use of profanity are towards your friends as jokes; however, try to keep it at a minimum because there are young players who join the server. I would advise you to remove some of your senpai binds, precisely the sexual ones. However, I assume you’ve already removed ’em, since they were last seen about a week ago.

I’m gonna stay neutral for now, until I see an improvement in your chat log.

I totally support YBF. I have played with him / her a lot since I came back into DB and this is one of the more class acts there. I normally dont see the binds so that was new but regardless this could be a good admin in my opinion.

Yeah, as I mentioned I didn't think it had any standing but since i'm an active player on the server he's going to possibly administrate, I'd figure I'd at least put something

Looking within your chat logs I can see light spam and with the raise of interest on USA DB we are looking for something a little extra. Your sessions are great, besides the light spam it seems fine but we also would like to see more of a verbal commitment from you as well. Your policies need a little brushing up as well, but overall you're not exactly what we are looking for sorry.
