An update to Team Fortress 2 has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Team Fortress 2. The major changes include:
  • Updated Casual Mode
    • Removed the abandonment penalty
    • Players are only required to have a single mode selected before queuing
  • Fixed a dedicated server crash caused by projectiles from the Pomson 6000 and the Righteous Bison
  • Fixed being able to damage yourself to gain Hype while using The Soda Popper
  • Changed how much metal destroyed objects drop and fixed destroyed teleporters dropping more metal than intended
  • Fixed the Bonesaw not working properly while using viewmodel minmode
  • Fixed the Spy and Engineer not being able to equip the Prinny Machete

He's literally the slowest class in traditional 6v6, this lets him use things other than the quick-fix and still arriving at scout speed
 
Is "Casual" now Casual and not Competitive anymore? If not, why don't they just remove one of the gamemodes, because it's fucking the same right now.

It's casual. A bug causes the waiting times to be longer than intended though
 
Do you still get punished for quitting casual then or not?
 
I meant that casual looks like competitive right now, and the players behave in there like that aswell. I just want to play normal, and not super intensive fights where I have to play like a profesional TF2 player like in f. e. lobbies(yes, I already came across players mocking about me or others because we made mistakes and we were losing). We have competitive for that and not casual.

Yeah this what the fuck, I cannot even play hoovy without getting run down by a horde of soldiers, scouts and spies.
Valve servers were the shit, they fucked this up big time
