As a semi-new guy to the Blu team I put this thread to have a question answered, firstly I have accidently free killed before and I requested he got respawned then suicided, my question is, apart from better aim and more carefulness is there anyway to prevent Accidental Freekilling?

No, I believe the only cause of freekilling is human error and misinterpretation of orders. Shooting someone on their way to a different yellow line, for instance, is technically freekilling even though the prisoners know it's not what the warden meant.

Freekilling will happen no matter what...

Yes but that's Red Making you shoot them I'm talking about Accidental Freekilling which is let's say killing someone when your trying to kill someone else and you got them by mistake

There's no such thing as REDS making you shoot them. They don't force you to press down the mouse button to fire your weapon or swing your melee.

Viking is correct in this matter. If it is accidental, then there is no issue. If an admin is online, the player will generally be respawned.

In the case of the above quote; it is the warden failing to give specific orders. You cannot shoot the player unless the orders are completely clear, or the player is rebelling.
