Online Times: My times tend to vary around my university timetable.

My timetable (when i wont be online):
Mondays: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Tuesdaysay off other, however I have work at 4:30 - 6:00pm
Wednesdays: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Thursdays: 10:00am - 12:00pm
Fridays: 10:00am - 2:00pm (I can probably be on during uni time on Fridays)
Saturdays: Work from 9:30am - 12:30pm and then depends on plans for the day due to uni work and such.
Sundays: Most the day, depends what time I wake up.

Time Zone: GMT +0:00

Which servers do you play on: I'm applying for surf or deathrun (I know a few of people have applied for deathrun so I feel surf will be more appropriate)

I try to play on a variety of servers, I mostly play on deathrun, but I have enjoyed playing on Freak Fortress, Saxton Hale, Surf, Class Warfare and a little bit of dodgeball (though my airblasting skills aren't up to scratch)

Do You Have a Microphone: Yes and I use it if necessary to inform someone of rules (I see a lot of people not using trade chat) and just for general communication with other players.

Previous experience as Admin: I have been an admin on a g-mod server before as well as currently an admin on a minecraft server (though the server is still in progress and I'm mostly a builder with admin powers, you could say head builder)

Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod: I have a little knowledge on the subject but when it comes to coding, as I have learnt during this academic year at university, I can pick it up fairly quickly.

Why should we choose you: As previously stated I'm online as much as I can be but I also have experience with dealing with situations with two conflicting parties. Being 1 of 5 boys in my family has given me experience to sort out issues from both sides of the fence and deal out punishments accordingly. Also, my work as a swimming instructor has given me patience and understanding of those who maybe new to a subject or gamemode.

How you would do your job: Like I do my regular job, I will take this role seriously and will enforce all the rules when necessary.

To begin with, simple offences such as mic/text spamming, ghosting, speaking a foreign language, etc, will receive 2 warnings, followed by 2 kicks and then an appropriate ban depending on how aggressively the player is towards me.

Glitching, abuse to players/admins and exploiting will receive a singular warning, followed by a kick and then a ban.

And finally the major offences (those I consider major) such as racism, sexism, hacking and inappropriate content (mostly porn sprays which I've been seeing a lot of) will receive a kick and if the user continues to not follow the warning given, a ban which will be of a fair length due to the offence they committed, will be issued.

I hope mermite you understand me saying this here and this doesn't ruin our current friendship together.

I've had a look at your playtime and I don't think it's suitable for you to just pick out a random server of panda's. I checked your time on surf, you only have 15 mins. There's also a lot of rules of surf such as tele camping, spawning camping...Surf is actually surprising a little difficult to manage if you don't keep your eyes on things.
With DR you have more playtime, but this is only 14 hours but it's a good starting base to up yourself. But yes, considering the amount of people that have applied for DR I'm not too sure if they'll look for more.

I just want to give you a little advice, and that is if you are applying for surf you should up your playtime on surf itself before considering to manage that particular server. If anything, I thought you might be more interested in freak fortress but you only have 3 hours there.

So up those hours. Other than that you are a nice guy. Sometimes I concern myself because you fooled around in Minecraft as OP with particular people but you're suitable if you step up your game. Good luck

I obviously will play on surf a tonne more and I am aware of the rules there and know it CAN get out of hand hence the application. I will be playing on the surf a lot more, I'm not going to argue that I don't have much play time on the panda surf, but if we were to look at my playtime on other surfs, I can assure you it'd pass at least 3 days of play time and I can safely say I do know how out of hand it can get, but I assume that game time doesn't count.

I'm aware I could be a little immature on the minecraft, but it wasn't with people I didn't know and the 'fooling' around was fairly harmless., and as the server is in development, I don't think it caused any harm, most of the players weren't on the whitelist anyway and it was me who allowed them access to the server for a nose in the meantime.

All of my faults, i feel, simply humanise me and show that although I do make mistakes, I'm keen to resolve them. Thanks for the feedback though, if I understandably get declined, I now know where to improve on.
