Cargo decent map but im getting seasick rq

Spacejail OG A Tier map, but if you turn on low grav one MORE FUCKING TIME I WILL LITERALLY HURT SOMEONE----

personally i like the low grav, my issue is when the guards cant agree whether it should be on or off and it keeps switching every 2 seconds

The amount of GameBanana researching I had to do to remember what half of these maps were is a bit embarassing. I mostly remember by look.)

MAPS WE CURRENTLY HAVE
- Amazon: 5/10 (Feels overplayed for how good it actually is. Massive visual bug with fog that occasionally shows up although that might have been fixed.)
- Hopjb (V8): 8/10 (A classic. Cannot understate how much of this ranking comes from how traditional this map was and my experiences)
- Hopjb (V11): 9/10 (Battle Boats is buggy and inferior to Deathrun)
- Albany: 5/10 (A bit of a confusing map at times. Even after playing it so many times it's hard to know where anything is. No real interesting ways to rebel, and everyone gravitates towards the same couple of maps. The Karts is kinda janky but the idea is one of my few enjoyed karts iterations.)
- Casuarania: 8/10
- Jailfort: 6/10 (Not played too much anymore. Kinda boring, boxed-in map with not much that stands out about it.)
- Spacejail: 7/10 (The fuckery on this map is top notch. Space gravity as an inherent part of the map does a lot for this. Only problem is that there's very linear, easy to recognize paths of rebellion and nothing really original in terms of minigames. Just a map that executes what's best about JB really well.)
- 8Bit: 7/10 (Not played enough imo. It's a classic-ish map from one of our own.
- Alkatraz: 10/10 (I might be willing to take a point away for "too many" escape routes, but that map is always a blast)
- Bootcamp: 4/10 (FINISH THE DAMN MAP SEMI. Too wide open. Kinda boring in terms of minigame selection, especially for how big it is. D-Day feels like an unnecessary minigame with how little it's used and how difficult it is to actually execute.)
- Bricker: 7/10 (Newer map to the rotation. Replaced a map that I felt was kinda boring in a lot of ways and improved a lot on it. The Climb is actually difficult in many ways and requires some manner of teamwork to get through a section. Block Game is a piece of fuckery that I can vouch for but I think is hampered by the inherent difficulty of using things like that in Source. Obby is fine, nothing special. This might be less map knowledge on my end but there's no non-traditional way to escape into armory, and the map feels a bit small by comparison.)
- Carcerem: 8/10 A small overword saved by an extensive underground section that is only found in few other places. I could sing the praises of this place quite highly. Deathrun is funny and kind of unique in some aspects. Deathcrate, Beam Dodge, and the Disco are the highlights for me. Frog Race is nice but it's restricted to the end of the map and isn't played enough.
- Cargo: 8/10 (Map is growing on me. I don't like the aesthetic, but the sheer verticality of the map is not something done a lot (Only really on Volcano and Carcerem). It gets points for being new to the concept, but a point off for being too big. I think the shortcuts into armory could be significantly shortened, and the ladder into the blue side is janky as hell. Reds should be able to activate it IMO.)
- Crossroads: 5/10 (Arguably the best map for sheer chaos on this list, since nobody knows where the fuck you are, not even you. I'd argue that this should be first on the list for removal, though.)
- District: 6/10 (Too small, but it is a jam packed map. I'd argue that it's too easy for blus to know when someone's rebelling on this map, but the map creator had good vision on minigame creation. The climb is unique, the train minigame is solid, there's interesting places for hide & seek. Nobody plays like a third of the minigames, whether due to ignorance or lack of desire.)
- Lunapark: 8/10
- Minecraft (Original): 6/10 (Do not care to rate this. It is very basic. Only real unique thing of note is the Creeper and the Tardis. But it is basic because it was among the first maps. Can't fault it for that, but it's worse than Mlcastle, Supermario, and Hop).
- Minecraft (Night): 6/10 (Unnecessary reskin, feels like the 'definitive' Minecraft. Points on for adding a bit more detail to empty space on the map. Points off for not really adding much otherwise to the actual map other than a new rebel spot.)
- Mlcastle: 10/10 (THE JB map. 10/10 mostly because it was first. It would be like a 7/10 if it were a map that came out in like... 2016 rather than like 2012/13. Has a solid amount of rebel spots. Map is a bit small feeling with a few unnecessary mini games. I have a hatred towards Mario Kart for reasons.)
- Mlcastle (Updated): 10/10. (This is how you update a map. Only qualm is how long it took lol. Donkey Kong is a great, albeit less original minigame addition, while the other additions in Big Bob-Omb Blast are hilarious chaotic memes.)
- Orange: 7/10 (Another one of the classics. Map full of janky shenanigans, from the boarded up fucked up minigame to the chaotic flying secret. Half of the mini games don't get played. Rise Game is something interesting I don't see elsewhere.
- Opst: Not enough play time to rate.
- Oranger: Not enough playtime to rate well tbh.
- Quake: 6/10 (Retro aesthetic interesting, too few and obscure secrets. Not a lot of interesting minigames (Bloodrun and Obby are the ones that come to mind. The Stairway is fascinating but nobody plays it).)
- Servilve: 6/10 (TOO SATURATED IN COLOR JESUS CHRIST. That being said, one of the smallest overwords but has an underground section to save it. Not too many secrets, but it is one of the easiest Armories to access. Not too many unique minigames (other than Fall Guys which is Sweeper + Fall Game put together), but the games there are often better versions of them (Servilive surf is just a better version of SpyvSpy surf).
- Soviet: 4/10 (too big and barren.)
- Stormfront: 7/10 (Frog game god tier. Memes aside, simple aesthetic belies a map with good ideas but slightly janky execution. The way to escape from blus is less using secrets and more simply taking advantage of its somewhat confusing layout to slip away.)
- Supermario: 7/10 (A classic map that's just a bit too simple for the modern day. The climb is classic and a place for being an ass to other players. Speedrun in this map arguably started the minigame. Strafe Race probably one of the better made ones.)
- Volcano: 7/10 (A pet favorite. Map has actually interesting minigames and a very difficult, all-encompassing secret, but the damn thing is TOO BIG. The vents are a good addition that are criminally underused, mostly because the way to rebel on this map is less 'kill all blus' and more 'fill the entire map with lava killing everyone'. If the map's long walkways were truncated, those secrets would probably be a greater way to work with things.
- Xmf: Not enough playtime to accurately rate it.

MAPS THAT HAVE SINCE BEEN REMOVED
- Aquarium:Did not play enough to rank
- Snowday (Original): 4/10 (I don't like Snowday. The Obby is a good one and the Stairway is an actually unique Stairway, but the map feels cramped and gives me bad vibes.)
- Spy vs. Spy: 5/10 (broken, a bit too linear, dodgeball is a fuckfest, bonus points for color changer and chaos. The tunnels underground are a bit yikes)
- Underjail: 7/10 (Beautiful map, probably the best at executive a specific aesthetic. Bossfight a fun concept, the map having interesting containment points for the reds a la crossroads but points off for being a fundamentally broken mess)

I got bored in prison (school) and just decided to give my own opinion. One thing to add is that my opinion could be influenced by the maps rebel spots but it’s mostly the map in general.

Current maps
Amazon: (7/10) Most of the mini games are pretty good. Good places to rebel and the Mann power powerup is fun.
-Hopjb_v8: (8/10) Good old classic map good amount of spots of running way and rebel spots.
- Hopjb_v11: (9/10) Mostly a upgrade of v8 with some new mini games. Only real problem is when both of the versions are played back to back.
- Albany: (5/10) Not a whole lot to note since this map is rarely played.
- Casuarania: (7/10) A lot of the mini games are pretty fun. It might be a little too open but with the gate I think really think that’s a problem. (Also the funny car is cool)
- Jailfort: (6/10) Isn’t a terrible map by any means it just the few rebel spots that puts it off for me. Other than that the escape secret is really cool and the mini games are great.
- Spacejail: (9/10) A really good map all around good amount of ways to runaway and rebel. There’s only really two places to get ammo (behind disco and armory) there is ammo in dodgeball but can only be reached by a scout or demo (basher and caber).
- 8Bit: (9/10) This map isn’t played enough but there’s so much great things about 8bit. Good mini games and rebel spots. The secret is fun and I think that the map is a good size.
- Alkatraz: (10/10) There’s so many rebel spots and even a escape. The Putin secret is really fun when you get it. The map has some really good mini games as well.
- Bootcamp: (6/10) Haven’t really played on this map a whole lot but it’s alright.
- Bricker: (6/10) The climb might be one of my favorite climbs out of the current map rotation. Bad thing is that the climb is really the only thing that sticks out to me.
- Carcerem: (8/10) Really good map I think all of the mini games are fun. I really like the underground area good place to run and rebel.
(I do miss the music)
- Cargo: (10/10) (SPINNER) Other than that most of the mini games are really fun (hole in the wall, obby, climb, and strafe course). Good amount of rebel spots and some really cool secrets.
- Complex: (4/10) Most of the time of being on the map is people saying “rtv” or doing the same mini games over and over.
- Crossroads: (4/10) The only real game that sticks out to me is flood escape and it rarely played. Other than that there’s only 2 places to get ammo (the tower and tree that I don’t know how to open that leads to armory)
- District: (6/10) The “underrated map” is just alright. The climb is fun with most of the mini games. There might be more rebel spots that I’m just to blind to see but I only know armory as the only ammo spot.
- Famous (Original): (4/10) Haven’t seen this map played too often. Some of the mini games are just alright. The map is really big and could be a problem to finding anyone.
- Famous (Final): (5/10) A big map that has a really good obby. Has a fair amount of rebel spots.
- Fuckzz: (3/10) I played on this map like 4 times. Not too much to note the obby is fine I guess.
- Lunapark: (5/10) I really like the obby on this map. When the secret is pulled it can be really fun. Other than that the other mini games are fine. The few rebel spots sorta puts it off for me.
- Night: (4/10) Most of the minigames aren’t that good but isn’t terrible. The ammo behind the stairs could be funny sometimes and I think it’s too open of a map.
- Minecraft (Original): (3/10)The wonderland map just too bland. The only way I know to get ammo is armory.
- Minecraft (Night):(5/10) Solves most of the problems of the original map the obby is fun. Again the only way I know to get ammo is armory.
- Mlcastle (Remade):(10/10) The remade version is so good. They kept most of the rebels spots as the old version and added more. All of the new minigames are also fun.
- Opst: (4/10) Haven’t been on this map in a while. The only thing a remember is the dr being really long sane with obby. With the few rebel spots the map doesn’t stick out to me.
- Oranger: (9/10) Oranger is really fun to rebel on with the freekill lord secret. There a good amount of rebel spots and the funny button is funny. Most of the minigames are just updated and better than the older version.
- Quake: (8/10) One of the better maps to rebel on with its many secrets. Most of its minigames are fun. The whole map is pretty Good.
- Servilve: (6/10) Not a bad map it’s just not played enough. The minigames are fine and a fair amount of rebel spots.
- Snowday (Remade): (5/10) This map is all around just fine but I haven’t played it that often. The times I have it’s been blue being confused of what minigames is where. With the map being sorta dark and the unnamed minigames I really believe this map could be improved.
- Soviet: (3/10) Map is too big for its own good most of the time of rebelling on this map I’ve been lost to find anyone.
- Stormfront: (7/10) “Banana round” The obby is fun and challenging and most of the minigames are fun. (Frog game) There’s a good amount of ways to rebel.
- Supermario: (10/10) This map might be my favorite map. All of the minigames are really fun. The placement of the rebel spots are perfect and has the perfect amount of rebel spots.
- Volcano: (7/10) Volcano is a really big map but I think most people on the layout of the map. The volcano secret is fun and the rebel spots are all around the map. As for the minigames they are just mostly good.
- Xmf: (4/10) Xmf is just ok. The trampoline is fun and the minigames are just alright. Also not a whole lot of rebel spots.

The removed maps

- Aquarium: (5/10) I don’t really remember this map that well. To my own memory there was two rebel spots and the mini game were just like any other map.
- Snowday (Original): (8/10) The original snow day is a great map the mini games are really good. The climb is one of my personal favorites. There’s a good amount of rebel spots.
- Spy vs. Spy: (3/10) Spy vs Spy is just bland with some alright minigames.
- Underjail: (5/10) I don’t really remember this map too well. To my memory the maps mini games were fine with a few of them being a bit janky. The map secret was a fun reference and I liked the style of the map.

After writing this I’ve noice some things. First is that I hate my school and the people in my school. Also that there are some maps that could of been great but was put off by a few things. Like on Crossroads most of the minigames are fine it just needs more rebel spots to help the red team. Also fix/improve the map in many ways. That really should be it this took too long to write. And thanks for reading this thingy.

-Amazon: (8/10) Cool looking map with decent minigames, and a cool helicopter secret. Somewhat small map.
-Hopjb_v8:
(10/10) A classic map with decent minigames.
- Hopjb_v11:
(10/10) A classic map remastered with decent minigames.
- Albany:
(6/10) While the looks may look pretty ugly, it's got minigames that are pretty ok.
- Casuarania:
(8/10) A classic map that has wipeout
- Jailfort:
(5/10) Not that much minigames to do. There's a cool boat secret tho
- Spacejail:
(10/10) Fun ass map to play.
- 8Bit:
(8/10) A nice looking map with decent minigames.
- Alkatraz:
(9/10) A nice looking map, with a putin secret.
- Bootcamp:
(7/10) Pretty wide open map that snipers could easily have fun sniping across the map. Theres a funny tank that you can ride on though.
- Bricker:
(7/10) Climb is pretty good, and the strafe race music is pretty epic.
- Carcerem:
(8/10) Decent looking map with decent minigames
- Cargo:
(9/10) Good looking map, and a perfect map for hide and seek. Hole in the wall is a pretty fun game, and rebelling is pretty fun to do so on as well.
- Complex:
(5/10) Kind of boring.
- Crossroads:
(5/10) Kind of boring. Atleast it has spongebob cartride
- District:
(6/10) While it does look cool, and climb being my favorite game, it is pretty small, and jam packed.
- Famous (Original):
(5/10) Big map, with ok minigames. Obby being my favorite.
- Famous (Final):
(6/10) Looks cooler
- Fuckzz:
(3/10) uhhhh
- Lunapark:
(5/10) Dark map with ok minigames.
- Night:
(1/10) no
- Minecraft (Original):
(2/10) overrated
- Minecraft (Night)
(4/10) ehhhh
- Mlcastle (Remade)
(10/10) yes
- Opst:
(4/10) Not that much to do. Dr and obby are WAYYY TOO long of a minigame. Barely anybody finishes them.
- Oranger:
(10/10) spanish undertale stronger than you
- Quake:
(7/10) This climb is the most easiest climb ever. Except when theres people hogging up the part with the 2 slabs that go down when you step on them.
- Servilve:
(6/10) Minigames are ok
- Snowday (Remade):
(5/10) This map isn't played alot, reflections are missing, and it's weird looking.
- Soviet:
(2/10) meh. flappy bird is cool i guess. boring and nothing to do on.
- Stormfront:
(7/10) i love it when warden makes me stand on the frog with a bunch of other reds, and then turns on cc.
- Supermario:
(9/10) nice
- Volcano:
(8/10) volcano
- Xmf
(5/10) well it does have a trampoline.
removed maps ---
- Aquarium:
(3/10) ehhh
- Snowday (Original):
(8/10) This was fun to play on
- Spy vs. Spy:
(3/10) ehhhh
- Underjail:
(6/10) I recently got to play this on jailbreak 2, and it's pretty cool

I feel bad for not putting a more in-depth review.
This isn't subjective and it's just my opinion lol.

Amazon: 6 There are a lot of cool minigames but the open layout and a few other small issues adding up really dumb it down, I still like it.
Hop 8: 7 Has the most iconic rebel spot and a great layout and minigames, shame there's a lack of them.
Hop 11: 8 Better in every single way than the original, watching the server lose their shit when we first played Prop hunt and Sumo is one of my favorite jailbreak memories, thank you Buns :)
Albany: 7 The most underrated map period, a great layout, cha cha slide, loads of minigames, and great rebel spots.
Casuarina: 5 Overplayed for such a mid map, surfings cool and the rebel spots are pretty neat but the layout leaves so much to be desired.
Jailfort: 4 A decent steady pace and a boring obby gets picked more than the best minigame on the map (karts)
Spacejail: 9 David Bowie music, a gravity button, really good rebel spots, and a good layout as well as being gorgeous to look at, it doesn't get the credit it deserves.
8bit: 6 Never really fell in love with this one like other regs, it's fine, it's okay I like the stairway and the big secret.
Alkatraz: 7 Putin secret overshadows the other cool parts of the map, like the underplayed inside or the really cool steadypace.
Bootcamp: 5 Still has potential IMO, the ghost minigame is the coolest shit ever, its just so open and everything else just screams "its okay".
Bricker: 7 The best climb on any map, awesome games in general, and a simple layout that made this map super understandable.
Carcerem: 8 Gorgeous to boot, simple layout, really cool secrets, and top-tier games (DR, obby, deathcrate and Disco)make this one of the best maps ever. I just wish the underground was given a bit more love, could easily push it to a 10 for me personally.
Cargo: 7 The unique minigames hit me a lot harder than it would, they're all great. I love the secrets and the spots rebels can use to get the jump on the blues. Imo the map doesn't really capitalize on its gimmick, not that many elements of the map take advantage of the whole cargo theme, and the famous type hallways on the lower levels deffo can be a drag. Still a pretty good map.
Complex: 6 I like this map, it looks nice, has a lot of minigames, and a pretty okay layout. Sure it's nothing special and a lot leaves to be desired regarding the rebel spots, but it's still a good time.
Crossroads: 3 Cramped and Buggy.
District: 9 I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea, but the minigames, cramped layout, and the aesthetic just win me over. I love this map.
Famous: 5 Corridors aren't fun for anyone, its fine, its okay.
Famous final: 5 I dont get why this is in rotation, funny car I guess
Fuckzz: 3 People actually like this map lol
Night: 2 Ugly, really bad layout, subpar minigames, cool secrets I guess but its just so ugly and bad to play sometimes, spending most of it on the really poor excuse of an obby lol.
Lunapark: 5 I dig the aesthetic, I just do not like some of the minigames and the layout, secrets are pretty cool though.
Minecraft: 5 Cool layout but hurts my eyes, its fine but so uninteresting outside of the minigames
Minecraft night: 6 Slightly better because of the spleef and secrets.
Mlcastle: 11 Penultimate JB map, amazing secrets, amazing games, everything just feels so polished to a level not seen in any other jailbreak map. The games exclusive to this are staples of the map which is such an insane feat, thank you so much Zac.
Opst: 2 Its just not for me, I respect the polish and the insane effort put into it, but it just does flow well with how big the minigames are. It would probably work insanely well on 13-minute round-timers but yeah, has the coolest cell area ever though.
Oranger: 8 Expands upon a pretty unspecial map, takes the best from semis past maps, and has so much love poured into it, from the secrets to the rare special rounds to the community decals. For a map with no textures, it's brimming with personality. Thank you Semi.
Quake: 6 Once you get the layout of the map you will like it a lot more, there's more minigames besides climb and soccer. Even if you're not a quake fan the cool aesthetic and secrets do rub off you, it's a great map for rebelling and I love the challenge.
Servilive: 4 This map looked a lot better in the screenshots lol, if the fall guys was functional and there were more games then maybe I would fuck with it more, it just feels so small for some reason.
Soviet: 3 Cool games locked in a really ugly and poorly laid out map, its just so bland and rebelling without the map ending secret is a chore.
Stormfront: 9 Great minigames, a decent layout (sorry rebellers lol) and really cool secrets just give this map so much for me, I love connect 4 and I love how there's just so much to do,
Supermario: 9 I really fuck with this map, it just flows so well despite being so open for one half. The secrets are balanced so perfectly and the lack of any RNG games helps it a lot, such an amazing map.
Volcano: 6 Even though the layout is kind of annoying its still pretty fun, the minigames are great, bossfight is one of the best games in any jailbreak map ever and the secret is pretty much its selling point for most. How big it is, how far you have to go to get to the good part and the really stupid 4 corners really takes a lot away from it. Regardless I still like it.
XMF: 3 Way too small for its own good, credit where credit is due the minigames and secrets are cool but the fact that its on the most popular tf2 jailbreak server in the world makes it pretty hard to find some fun in it, also a sentry in armory, pretty evil lol.
Underjail: 7 Underappreciated, Chermal Berke do your thing! It's such a pretty map and the minigames are so much fun too, theres so much going for it.
Aquarium: 3 Barely anything to do and a pretty tasteless Oven in the kitchen,, how can a map be so big but be so empty, I like some of the games and the crocodile ammo secret is cool.
Snowday old: 7 The fact that this got removed and had zero outcry was kind of surprising for me, great rebel spots, a really cool setting and fun minigames made this map really fun to play.
Snowday remade: 7 For being a remake it's got its own thing going for it, I prefer the new layout and I really like how well its put together, the fog may be annoying from time to time but it never really discourages me.
Spyvspy: 3 This map has nothing once you take the deathcrate and surf, just too small.

- Snowday (Remade): (5/10) This map isn't played alot, reflections are missing, and it's weird looking.
I changed my vote from a (5/10) to a (7/10). I decided to play more of the map on my own, and it's actually not bad. STILL i think the original is better than the remade, but the "missing reflection" was just on my part, and the climb in this map is hella fun.
