Do you have thoughts about school and how it sucks/rocks?

Well, guess what I just made this thread to post your joy-/angerness of your school/studying place. The anger/joy from this is insane (depending on country aswell), since some schools aren't even teaching anything. and some teach things that shouldn't be teached by them.

I'll start by saying my school sucks because of it's non-strict teachers that doesn't do anything when students are crashing the lesson.

But the teachers are really social and has a good contact with those students that really tries.

4/5 my grade for school.

I give 4,5/5 to my school. It has no problems. It was built about 8 years ago, logically with problems at first, but now it's just Perfect.
It's full of services (even a bar with low prices), it's really beautiful, technological, safe, etc. Sincerely I can't say anything bad about its appearance and services. Staying and studying in my school, or in its big gardens, is really enjoyable.
But well, my school is Liceo Scientifico, one of the 2 hardest addresses for High School in Italy, so you have to study. And hardly!
About the lessons: 8-13, for 3 days a week, and 8-14 for 2 days a week. We do only 2 hours on the left day. (Sunday logically not included)
There are many kinds of teachers in my school, from the strictest to the funniest ones!
I don't give the others 0,5/5 because there are some things that could be improved... few bad teachers, too!
BTW... only SUMMER GAINS 5/5 (although this summer has been a little rainy)!

My school is pretty good, but our 'president' in Denmark has gone nuts.. That's what happens when you let a woman take the control over a country. She raised school-times, because she believes it makes us smarter to sit still on a chair 8 hours a day.. Now we're going to school to 15:15 3 days a week etc, and we're having 8 different lessons a day, and only 2 breaks which is 20 minutes each.. It's nuts. I hate it.

Lol school. Working is way more fun than school.

If i had to judge my old school, id say it was pretty meh. The buildings were old, the toilets smelled of cigarettes, piss and things i can't even imagine smelling so bad.

Teachers were bretty gud, but they couldnt control us.

I studied to be a car mechanic, but in reality all we did was take things apart, measure shit no one gives a FUCK about, and then spent the next 2 hours writing stuff down. Because fuck your studies, we've got too much paper.

3/5 total. At least my job is interesting and keeps me happy.

Iunno I work for my money instead of wasting my time with school so I can go to Uni and not get a job because nobody cares about a degree any more.

I Completely Agree with you, even here in Italy. A degree today is very important. It can be also for something not so difficult (we can't be all physicists or lawyers), but you need to have one.
Or... you can go to Las Vegas (or to any casino) and bet there your life, if you are a lucky guy. You choose what to do
