I've been suspicious of this guy named "Jofre Problem?" for quite some time now.
He connects from South America and due to this has a high ping, but still plays on Panda VSH server frequently regardless of the ping. He always plays as a sniper and every round seems to get the most damage by a mile. When you casually spectate his gameplay, there doesn't seem to be much suspicious action going on (unless you know what you are looking for), other than the fact that he seems to be able to hit hale from around a meter's range, which could be explained by his ping.
However, this one time in the map vsh_golfo_beach_beta, I got killed by hale and it directed me to spectate Jofre, when he was sniping. He was hiding behind a tree and hit the hale while the tree's leaves were in front of him and couldn't see anything but the leaves, he hit him twice without physically being able to see where the hale was. Didn't really know what to think of it, since he doesn't seem to have an aimbot and like I said, most of the time there really isn't much suspicious action going on, maybe it was luck? However, that's where my suspicion sparked from. From that point on, I've been keeping an eye on him and for a good reason.
Once in the Weaponsdepot map while spectating him and the water was activated, where the hale was in, he managed to snipe the hale when the hale was deep in the water without having the blue outline on. Luck? Maybe... After this I've been keeping even more eye on him and have noticed, he manages to know hale's location when the hale is hiding or switching places, without physically seeing the hale. I've taken some footage of this as a proof.
Here's a full round of him sniping through the leaves against Seelkadom, one of the best players in the server. The shitty part is, I was messing with the settings of the game to get my recording program to function without lags, lowering the quality, etc. so I don't know exactly what settings I messed up to not being able to see the damage done by someone I'm spectating, but in the end of the round you can still see his full damage done in the round and regardless, if this isn't enough proof to get him banned, I don't know what is.
There are also a couple of occasions where his aim seems to be triggering oddly, looks to me like some sort of a bot would be doing some aim assisting or whatever (not entirely sure of that, as I'm not an expert of cheating but that's what my eyes tell me), like here for example:
Overall, seems he at least has a wallhack, being able to snipe through leaves, while not seeing the hale and predicting where the hale is going to be.

Also, if anyone knows how to get the damage bar back while spectating someone and what setting I messed up, help would be appreciated.
