Itzn Timewasting as Hale (1 Viewer)

hey earlier i was playing on the hale server when Itzn got hale. Earlier in the day he had been muted for speaking German on mic when I had reported him. I guess he was mad or something, because when he got hale he was just timewasting. instead of actually killing people he was just jumping around, trying to get stomps. this went to the extreme when it was just me and LievaAutismi. I was medic and he was demo. he spent a very long time just camping. sadly i only got a demo of they very end of the round where he was shown taunting with Lieva, but there were many witnesses.

Player Itzn will be banned for 2 hours, for map delaying. The video itself shows he's only delaying 20 seconds, however I have multiple witnesses and I have witnessed Itzn doing this before many times before.
