I recommend asking an admin and rewriting this apeal, only admins can see guardbans etc

Well Travis didn't exactly give a reason here but since it's permanent I assume it's either for Mass Freekill or you didn't have a functioning microphone at the time. Either way I'm sure you've changed from 3 years ago/have a functional mic now.
