You got gagged for using racial slurs multiple times (in caps, by the way, and over using caps is against the rules), along side insulting/ general toxicity. It came from your HL stats page, which tracks the chat and actions of everyone who connects to the Panda Community servers (yours is right here) and is available for everyone to see. Since it is your account, there is no need to ask whether or not it is one of your friends playing, your account is your account and action is taken towards the players account. If you have proof that it was actually your friend playing on your account (which is hard in of itself to prove, but you can try), you can respectfully appeal your gag here.

I can't say whether or not you did, but your general lack of respect towards admins and your fellow players throughout your chat history proves that whether or not it was you at that exact moment, the gag was warranted. Panda has a zero tolerance policy towards racism and it is expected that everyone on our servers follows the rules. Throwing around insults and slurs impudently and making fun of everyone who reacts appropriately is not a good look on your maturity level.
