Even if you agree with everything that someone else says, your application has to be written by you; other applications and the example are only to be used as inspiration.
Since nobody said this in your now closed application, I will remind you here that you have to wait one month before being allowed to apply again. Next time make sure you write the whole thing yourself and put some effort into it.
As it says in the rules of the How To, copying from anywhere is stricly forbidden. Your application has to reflect you and you alone. It has to show your level of English and your specific thoughts and policies. Not even mentioning that copying is seen as lazy and a sign of incompetence.
