It appears you used !ff2toggle or pressed "Never become the Boss" in !ff2boss in the past that disabled your ability to become the hale. The solution is to go to the server that won't allow you to become hale, use !ff2toggle, and allow becoming the boss. Now get out there and punch some hippies!

This would be useful, but I'm pretty sure it's impossible. Demos are client-sided, using the player's viewpoint, and servers really can't record demos themselves because they have no own client to get his viewpoint (in this case, spectating another user.)
