I pretty much solely play on your two Dodgeball servers #04 and #19, I have no real interest in adminstrating other gamemodes.

- Do you have a microphone?
I have if necessary

- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator
- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?
No past experience.

- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
Been playing on your Dodgeball servers for I believe more than 2 years, I've come to notice some gaps in the admistration and I don't see why I couldn't help to improve the gameplay of others and myself.

- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job.
I would of course hand the proper punishments to each individual and won't abuse my new privileges. Because most of the rulebreakers tend to be new players I wan't to make sure people are aware of the rules before handing any longer term punishments. I won't play favorites and don't want to make a big deal out of my position.

Let's start with the good points. Passes the requirements as Luigi states, having good playtime and clean chat, no Bans or Comms blocks. Now for the not so great points :c Personally I don't know the player, never really seen him on the servers therefore can't comment on the type of person you are. So will in future be looking out for you; watching from the bushes... no pressure :3 To me app seems a bit rushed and to bulk it out maybe you could tell us some of the things you would do with your punishments e.g. Warnings, length of bans etc... Also from what I can see your chat log is completely full of you typing !call telling people not to block general complaining. I'd like to see more actual communication to see what kind of admin you will be. Hope this review has been helpful and sparked a few brain cells but for now I am staying NEUTRAL. GOOD LUCK! ^_^

Neither have I ever seen you :d, I'd wait for any other db admin to comment on this.

I checkd his chat logs also, and Zyphon is right. There is no real comunication.
But, I saw him play. Looks ok. Doesnt stand out, but also never saw him break the rules.
Since you applied for admin, big brother will keep an eye on you!


Btw, for now Im Neutral.

The change in my vote wasn't due to any offence, it was down to the disregard for everything I wrote. Someone who really wants admin would have taken note and perhaps replied with improvements to his original application like those i suggested. Also when i saw you in game yesterday you made no acknowledgement and didn't even attempt to join in any conversation with us. The most I got out of you today was a "don't leave me hanging" which was you telling me to reply to you here. Not even a greeting etc, I replied in game to you and received no response back. Unfortunately I can't change my vote back without any attempt of improvement. I hope this now gives you an idea of what we want to see. Perhaps check other applicants threads, when asked for improvement see what they do. Still Good Luck and as Neo says, keeping an eye on you.

You are really short on words.
Tell me, can you see yourself as admin?
An admin who will also help someone if they ask you to? To work with other admins?
It's not only about slaying and baning!

I have seen supersoaker plenty of times but I have never seen him chatting while im on and you can tell by his chatlogs. The chatlog is just !call and !hop with some binds saying "dont block" and "dont steal", I would like to see some actual communication from you to see what kind of admin you will be.

Hard to know you since there is no actual communication

I would like you to improve on your chat and punishment list, take Zyphon and Neos feedback into consideration and improve from there.

policies/punishments aint listed aswell in general your app is short.
