So, since Jb is a bit hectic it’ll need some nerfs & buffs.

Nerf / Buff: All Classes changed to same speed of the 3rd slowest class (Demoman or Engineer)

Nerf / Buff: all classes base HP is set to 200 - 250 (Preferably 250)

Nerf: Scout double jump is disabled

Nerf: The Disciplinary Action’s crits are nerfed due to one shot kills.

Buff: Guards Crits are increased to three shot kill ratio.



Other changes:

-Projectile weapons are banned
(Jarate, Milk & Mutated Milk, Guillotine, Sandman, Wrap Assassin)

-Eternal Reward is banned
(Creates confusion and is abusive)

-Ullapool Caber is banned

(More to be debated)
 
I disagree with pretty much everything, The only one I can see to be removed for a proper reason is the Jarate and Milk (baiting) but then again blus can use them against rebellers so they still have a use.

P.s. I don't quite understand the disciplinary action crit nerf. It already only crits for 146. ((also I'm not sure if such a specific change is possible without additional plugins))
 
Tl;dr All of this is unnecessary I explain why below

Nerf / Buff: All Classes changed to same speed of the 3rd slowest class (Demoman or Engineer)

Literally makes all classes even more samey on jb and will confuse newer players why the scout is moving the same speed as a heavy and takes the same amount of shots to be killed as a kunai spy

Buff: Guards Crits are increased to three shot kill ratio.
Too much work to make the experience even more bland and different from vanilla tf2 throwing off new players. Also don't nearly all guard melees already 1 shot with a crit why only the disciplinary action its extended range isn't that big of a deal especially if you do nothing to demoman's swords.

first no projectile weapon banning is bad especially on ones that don't have a splash radius it just reduces the amount of variety in the weapons
Rebellers glow and with how loud most blues are, When they stop talking and walk up to the rest of the blues after disappearing for a minute its pretty obvious its a spy.
And last Ullapool is already almost never used why ban it? Even when it is used it rarely kills.
