The rules give the rule breakers many loopholes. That's why I write this report.
1. Delaying
normal in the list:
• No delaying the round.
You get 7 minutes per round and you may utilize that by taking a bit of time at difficult pieces, but keep a move on, actively participate to the gamemode.
My opinion:
it's a stupid generalization, because everyone see it different.
I would say that a meaningless delaying brings no benefits and for a long time goes (example: + 30sec), is absolutely prohibited.
If you are waiting for a team member who wants to finish a minigame or a difficult part on a map (30sec). Why should not you wait there for a moment? It is always stupid if you can not finish the card, because irgentwelche "good" people rush through the map.
In a freerun delaying is actually okay. Except when there are hardly any players left or death makes a fake freerun or the map is very difficult (examples: bearun / playstation) Suicide is also a solution.
2. Teamkilling
• No teamkilling
This is included in our general "no griefing" rule but is added here to make it absolutely clear.
Examples of teamkilling:
1. Suicide when the rocket is locked onto you, causing it to change targets without notice.
2. Intentionally causing your rocket to hit your teammates instead of you. This includes orbiting the rocket into them and positioning yourself behind teammates in a way that puts them at risk of death caused by your rocket.
A pure addition:
Please insert active and passive.
Why? On the server I was sometimes able to hear the Statement, that it wasn't against the rules because it was not an active killing.
3. respect other player:
(I didnt found the rule^^)
What do you mean with that?
I think so the linguistic and written communication between players.
It's a generalization that allows players to go back against anything they do not like.
Example:
-> Tryhard gave freerun and I chose something different than he wanted. equal to 3 people get a reproach.
-> Another death could already hear that he would be dispensed because he didn't do deathrun.
-> Even the Schadenfreude Taunt is treated as disrespect.
4. Bugusing/skipping traps:
The admins have been different views. That's why I want to add a supplement here.
Skipping a case with bhop which does not kill when activating the trap isn't allowed. Also, active bugusing to cross the traps isn't allowed, too.
Supplement:
The expiry of a trap with bhop which is only possible with bhop should be accepted as a rule break.
not only for the manual traps but also for the 50/50 or 33/33/33 traps
->The best example is the doors on the map Cocainum which you can skip with a Taunt. If the Deaths activating the traps too late (like the doors on the map: Bazinga), isn't a rule break.
This is my first report on this matter. I hope he isn't too difficult to read ^ ^
